I create in order to contribute to the shared experience of the world. I believe that the purpose of my life is to collect the widest variety of the most intense experiences I can find, and use these experiences as fuel for my own self-expression. That which I create, in turn, sparks creativity and curiosity in others, showing them the totality of my experience, expressed through the lens of my subjective truth.

I create hypnotic, heavy, and cinematic bass music with a sharp focus on beautiful textures and playful rhythms. The entrancing beats, beautiful textures, and deep, animalistic bass tempt you to submit deeper into the experience, whilst the fusion of the organic and the artificial decorate the sonic landscape that accompanies you on a journey through your imagination. 

2023 has been a big year. With releases on High Vibe Records, Sub-Label Recordings, and Unfinished Monkey Records, as well as support from ill.Gates’ Producer Dojo, I'm continuing to develop and express my distinct and captivating sound. The highlight of my 2023 was being named as a featured artist on the High Vibe Records website. If 2023 was big, 2024 will be MASSIVE - watch out for new releases, collabs, and live shows.

Emerging from the vibrant tapestry of London and Bristol's free party, festival, and warehouse scenes, Apsara has a deep-rooted passion for the global underground. She is a multi-faceted artist and musician who can seamlessly blend Deep House, Downtempo and Techno with the exhilarating energies of Psytrance, Jungle and Drum and Bass.

Since childhood, she has been inspired by myths, legends, magic and fables from around the world and has profound appreciation for global musical traditions. Apsara weaves the delicate beauty of ethnic instruments and mystical vocals with hypnotic basslines, creating a symphony that transcends geographical boundaries. At times her sets will be light and dreamy whilst at other times they may reach into the darker, kinkier explorations of sonic territories. 

Nothing is off limits and everything is an inspiration.
