Legendary DJ Daniele Baldelli, who was resident at the infamous Cosmic Club on Lake Garda and pioneer of the ‘cosmic’ sound, joins forces with Italian maestro DJ Rocca and takes File Under Disco on a journey into outer disco space.
Famous as an extremely eclectic and open-minded DJ, here Baldelli transports this approach to the production of ‘Funknoizer’. And in the hands of a master producer like Rocca the result is a track which fuses Dub, Afro, Disco and electronic elements seamlessly into a tasty alternative discoid brew.
Remix action comes from Brasilian duo Selvagem (big fans of Baldelli) who’s reputation grows and grows with every spin of each record and every release that passes through their talented hands. Here they dress the original in leopard skin pants and throw into into an all night, outdoor carnival party where anything goes.
Next up Pete Herbert & Dicky Trisco take the original on a heads down Disco trip and work it to the bone. Live driving bass, funky clav and a glorious piano line do a wonky waltz with the the Afro dub essentials of the original. 
Finally the man himself DJ Rocca treats us to a very classy disco boogie version that would have rocked legendary parties back in the halcyon days of NYC Disco.  Out now!

From 2012 the label Oblack was set up as an exclusive platform of music expression of Los Pastores, Snna and Nacho Arauz. From Valencia -if Ibiza excuses us- this label bets on undergound house produced on a digital platform, and especially vinyl. Up until now, several artists have released on the label: Luke Solomon, Justin Harris, Yaya, Tuccillo, Filsonik, Brett Johnson, Jay Haze, Phil Weeks, Djebali, Italoboyz or Neverdogs, among others. Their releases- with the highligts of 'Other Sentido EP’, ‘Smoke Game EP’ and 'Discover Base EP' -have been played by masters such as Luciano, Richie Hawtin, Apollonia, The Martinez Brothers, Loco Dice, Mirko Loko, Catz N Dogz and Ricardo Villalobos. They have currently have put out 19 releases, and they have signed as producers 11 of those in vinyl. At present, their 'Vinyl Only' project is the one they feel the most excited about, in so far as it brings back the most genuine format for djs, the 12”. In this new division they have released their first album- under the name of ‘Los Pastores with collaborations’- in which they have guests as System2, Javi Bora, Aldo Cadiz, Juliche Hernandez and Hanfry Martinez. 


Moreover, since 2013 their already infamous 'Oblack Label Nights' have taken their very own signature all around Spain. In this parties they have shared the dj booth with artists like Yaya, Tuccillo, Phil Weeks, Arado, Andrew Grant, Tato, Filsonik or Neverdogs, organising also their successful and acclaimed dates in Ibiza venues such as Destino, No Name, Sankeys or City Hall in Barcelona.
