GRRRL-NOISY is a brand new happing with a jam session that’s organized for womxn and female* musicians & music lovers in Berlin / GER.

GRRRL-NOISY is organized by women who are committed to creating space for female* musicians and music lovers, whether in the genres of noise, grunge, punk, doom, metal or other extraordinary styles in the underground music scene in Berlin.

We are starting out as female* only, do you wanna know why?

Many of us at some point felt we have the birth right to feel too uncomfortable to put ourselves out there as musicians, in a world that is still undeniably dominated by our fellow men. It's not about excluding dudes. It's not about men at all.

It's about us.

At Toast Hawaii, we have found a cozy space, so we can feel comfortable to show our music, share our knowlegde and get to know more sisters that have the same struggles and doubt, creating a space for developing as musicians and have some deserved fun!

Also we want to connect all sisters of the underground music scene to talk about own projects, to find new band mates, photographers, filmmakers, technicians … and new friends with cool drinks.

This event will open the stage for female* musicians and for womxn who want to start to play an instrument and also for music lovers. Come down to Toast Hawaii and get in touch with other womxn from the noisy underground music scene in Berlin. On stage you will find a drumkit, guitar amp, bass amp, and mics. Please bring your own instruments with you.

Note:
Entry is only for womxn who love music and female* musicians. Extraordinary styles or instruments are welcome. Feel free to express yourself.

The GRRRL-NOISY happening with a jam session is organized by 24/7 Diva Heaven, Riot Spears, Aptera, Isoscope and Toast Hawaii.

*Our definition of womxn includes anyone with female experiences - past or present - and is trans-inclusive.
