The Observers Notebook-Member Profile- Mike Reynolds

The Association of Lunar and Planetary Observers was founded in 1947 and promotes observing of the solar system. Both amateur and professional astronomers work together to further our understanding of the universe.

The FCC granted me a license in the mid 1970's. The radio stations began to automate about that time. One of the few times this part of the state was moving noticeably towards "State of the Art" in technology. Cartridge machines were nice but did not appeal strongly to me. A lot of my work was then what we now call Old School.
