We are overjoyed here at shores to welcome back one of our most revered artists; US-based Lauren Schrader, collaborating one again with UK-based Skua to bring us a momentous new EP. 

These talented artists have created two stand-out tracks inspired by the classic melodic progressive house popularised by the legendary Helvetic Nerds collective. Entwining beautiful progressions with lilting melodies and gorgeous pads, these two amazing tracks celebrate some of the defining music of this genre, casting a wistful eye back to the good times.

Working together once more to bring us a stunning release here at Shores, this is Lauren Schrader & Skua with their incredible new “Celebration” EP.

Lauren Schrader & Skua - Back To The Good Times (Original Mix) [ESH257]

A new sonic arsenal shoots skywards from Karlsruhe as Tantum's brilliance explodes into the "Hollow Sun". Blistering beats create dancefloor heat as filtered synth motifs shimmer in the haze. Rising and falling, melodies meld together in a fusion of reverberated aural bliss. A powerful energy continues the musical narrative as a sonic depth charge detonates in "Nvmd". Popping and clicking, percussive subtlety flows easily while analogue mastery resonates across the frequency range in glorious open-filtered harmony.

An iconic figure from underground dance history returns to Mango Alley where Micah enters a stellar flow state. A musical maestro rises above the jagged Calgary skyline, creating a new sonic missile aimed towards the "Hollow Sun". Slick rhythmic foundations glisten in a growing rolling force where trademark aural chemistry blends organic textures and intricate motifs into sonic alchemy. Familiar refrains combine with brilliant motifs in a bright new augmented future.

The second instalment of our free download series proudly welcomes Newcastle upon Tyne local ADZ. After standout releases on the likes of Global Underground, New State Music, Enhanced Progressive and most recently Purified Records, he has proven himself to be a bona fide talent within the industry. In addition to ADZ's original works, he occasionally turns his attention to tracks he believes can be reworked to encapsulate his sound and conform to his style for mixes. In this instance, he took on the 1984 hit 'Cloudbusting' by Kate Bush. ADZ's bootleg features his signature progressive style infused with stunning, subtle melodies and of course the iconic vocals of Kate Bush. Much sought after since being played by Cristoph on his popular Consequence of Society mix series, we're thrilled to present this bootleg as an exclusive free download. Enjoy!

If you've been paying much attention to the progressive & melodic house scene, there's a good chance you've noticed the Tel Aviv-based duo making a lot of noise recently. Whether it's their standout releases on labels like Nora En Pure's Purified Records, or their staggering DJ support record boasting artists such as Armin van Buuren, Adriatique, Miss Monique, Innellea, Kevin de Vries and countless others. To say Eli & Dani are quickly becoming an industry powerhouse would be an understatement. 

When the pair heard The Weeknd's blockbuster hit 'Nothing Is Lost' they soon realised the potential a remix could have. Before they knew it, the duo had produced a version that would go on to wreak havoc in their DJ sets. As is often the case with distinctive renditions of popular tracks, it didn't take long before their remix would become somewhat of a secret weapon. The pair would constantly get asked about the track and when it would see the light of day. After keeping it hush-hush for as long as they could, together we proudly present it as an exclusive free download. Enjoy!
