Dozzy

Here for everybody who missed it or want to re-listen to my tripped out, ambientish set at the pool floor on Sunday morning, here is the recording. Unfortunately the first 20 mins are missing because i'am a derp and forgot to hit the rec button. Sometimes kind of sketchy in the mix but anyway I decided it's worth the upload. Kareem El Morr at Monticule Festival  - 2017 - 06 - 25

Alkini is a DJ and producer from Rennes, France. Together with his brother @charpimusic, they manage the Kornarion label, where he released his first EP under his Alkini alias. He found his inspiration for this mix during the last summer, tripping in the wilderness of Slovenia, surrounded by the trees, a stream and a campfire. Here is the journey, a two hour selection which goes between deep ambient, experimental and more spaced moments. Enjoy !

Stellar Series Episode 44 - Alkini (A Talk With The Four Elements)

Va Bene. What would be summer 2020 without a „Frangelico Forte“? Did you know that the liqueurs name is based on a legend of an Italian monk named Brother Angelico (in Italian fratello angelico - and then later Fra’Angelico), who "created unique recipes for liqueurs" in the 18th century?

Anyway: Brother @Dahmar is serving today the strong purple version for advanced drinkers. This gives us a sweet and nutty feeling on our tongues within warm summer nights with a panacea guaranty: this mix is housy, revitalizing and soothing. The DJ and handicraft enthusiast behind the „Frangelico forte“ is well-known in established house circles: As a resident at Leipzigs @institutfuerzukunft,  @dahmar is also part of the project @electronicresistance, which is a Leipzig based adventurous crew of artists and promoters who have been organized scandalous nights with floating electronic music far from reality. Watch out for his new baby MDMK with @moritz-kaiser.

Our bodies are given life from the midst of nothingness.  Existing where there is nothing is the meaning of the phrase, "Form is emptiness." That all things are provided for by nothingness is the meaning of the phrase, "Emptiness is form."
