Stickybuds - Love Stream Mix (2021 Chill)

Sometimes inspiration hits and all you can do is ride the wave until it's gone. That's what happened this last Saturday when I woke up at 6 AM and sat down with an idea and a fresh drum beat. 

What came out is an exercise in minimalism, using only what is essential to create this message of action. 

Many thanks to Verena (@follow_my_gaze) for the excellent source material for my cover art. Her keen eye for aesthetics helped supercharge my vision and create this song in a matter of hours.

The two tracks on this release are a snapshot of how I made music years ago. These days I focus most of my attention on recording my instruments and manipulating sounds from there, but once upon a time, I created everything from a purely programmed standpoint.

I found myself coming back to the songs on this release as I would listen to past tracks and decided to bring them into the current Ocean Inside era, one of proper artwork and production values.

Lastly, many thanks to my friend Matt AKA the 4th Degree for mastering the release. The tracks wouldn't sound the way the do without his work.
