Live from Open Mic Night

the creation of true sight started when I was in germany. the first section of iris was the result of a long and boring train trip from berlin to munich. when I decided on that trip that I was going to make an album, I never realized how much of an undertaking it would be. making true sight was a strange experience for me, because despite predominantly making chillout music, i'd never made an album with any connecting themes or ideas before. i'm really glad i did, because it's taught me a lot about myself.

i'd like to give thanks to some people. first and foremost, big shoutout to both @namorog and @syrge for being the talented guys they are. they're brilliant musicians who really jumpstarted my creativity when i got stuck. also big thanks to @korisound, @foresightmusic, @osk-music and @seanconnellofficial for various stems and other inspiration. most of all, thanks to my parents for supporting my passion this far, and to michael and jacqueline for teaching me so much of what i know.

annnnd.... WE'RE BACK. did you miss us? cuz we sure missed you. it was a nice little break for a bit, but it'll be a long time until we do that again - our schedule is packed full of epic releases for the rest of the year!
feels right kicking things back into gear with Synergy Sound - a duo that is really defining the Night Owl sound. this track, "Flight", is actually a single taken from their upcoming 11-track album "Beyond". we'll be releasing another single from the album in a few days on May 4th, and then the rest of the tracks will be self-released 1-by-1 on their own soundcloud after that.
this tune really is something that touches the soul - stick around for more incredible tracks from these guys! they're on their way to the top <3
