The terrain was unstable. The floor was shaking, trembling beneath ancient latticework and half-remembered simulations, like a stage refusing to forget the performance it once lain on hearts. "So this is it...? Jasper... You're better than this." Aniyah stepped lightly, her boots crushing holographic debris, light flickering at the seams of reality being strung like a distortion. This place, "Realitaria Inc.", had no laughter in it. Only silence, carved into stone by something greater. Jasper was waiting... He would show Aniyah why he's so mysterious, mostly, for today.

Jasper stood at the core of the arena. Unmoving. Not defensive, not even alert — just there, as though he had always been part of the architecture. His sweater, now ripped and battered due to his insatiable anguish, swept softly behind him, hands still in his pockets, face unreadable. A calm tethered to something unspoken.

"Why do you do this to me, Jasper?" Aniyah said. Jasper eyed her softly... “I needed something potent,” he replied, "Something so potent it overcame the voices of my mind." His voice was like falling glass. A soft, precise, and absolute resonance.

Aniyah could feel it, the low hum of buried divinity, the kind that doesn’t rise with rage, but with memory. He wasn’t showing her his power. He was strategizing how hard he should take his strength towards Aniyah.

“Atonement was so powerful, right?" she said. “You did nothing to help, that is until I nearly died.” Jasper looked slouched, his emotions getting the best of him “No.” Jasper’s head tilted slightly, not in denial — but in disappointment. “I allowed it.”

A rupture cracked across the floor, illusionary lights surged in a rainbow-esque pattern from underground conduits. With the surrounding area succumbing to Jasper's presence, it noticed him. It had a mind of it's own. Simulated gravity warped. An old defense mechanism woke up. Although, not from him, but because of him. It were as if the maker of this divine format recognized its creator.

“You still don’t understand,” he murmured. “You were never meant to stop me. You were meant to see me.” Jasper paused... “But I won’t let you continue.”

Aniyah looked down. "I know... You never do." Aniyah and Jasper took a long pause, gently. It was a clash of love and hatred. Then, for the first time, Jasper stepped forward. He walked, slowly, deliberately, like a shadow coming to life. His very notation screamed danger. Aniyah's heart throbbed in fear.

“So let’s make this grand,” he said, gaze narrowing. “For the sake of The True Reality.” Jasper finally broke his facade. He mentioned the thing Aniyah needed to know he noticed. This confirmed who he was to her... And she took it very seriously.

"Fine. Have it your way." She began to unsheathe her sword. "Let's have a spar, will we...?" Aniyah flirted with him. "Because my husband wouldn't deserve me if he couldn't beat me." Jasper giggled. "Sure... Say it that way."

The fight had already begun.

SO, AS YOU ALREADY KNOW, I'M QUITE THE FANATIC OF PUZZLES.
I WORK HARD ALL DAY, COMPLETING MY DUTIES AT THE HEART!
AND, AS YOU MAY ALSO ALREADY KNOW...
THERE IS A BIG, OMINOUS DOOR NEAR THE ENTRANCE OF THE HEART...
A ONE-WAY EXIT FROM THE CAPITAL, ANCIENT HOME.

I HAVE ALWAYS ADMIRED THIS DOOR, IN HONESTY.
ITS CRAFTMANSHIP IS LIKE NO OTHER, DELICATELY PUT TOGETHER BY HARD-WORKING HANDS...
AND, ONE DAY, WHILE I WAS ADMIRING THE DOOR AND SPEAKING TO MYSELF OUT-LOUD...
I HEARD... A VOICE, COMING FROM THE OTHER SIDE.
A DEEP, MANLY AND SOOTHING VOICE.
ONE COULD EASILY MISTAKEN IT AS ONE BELONGING TO SOME SORT OF KING!

SO, THIS PERSON FROM THE OTHER SIDE SAYS TO ME, IN A PEACEFUL TONE...
"YOU ARE QUITE THE TALKATIVE TYPE, ARE YOU NOT?"
NATURALLY, I SEE MYSELF OBLIGATED TO ANSWER SUCH AN OBSERVATION.
SO I REPLY, "INDEED! I AM A BIG FAN OF TALKING."
"I LOVE IT ALMOST AS MUCH AS I LOVE PUZZLES!"
THIS WAS MET WITH A VERY GENUINE LAUGH FROM THE PERSON BEHIND THE DOOR.
I WAS WORRIED I WAS GETTING MADE FUN OF, BUT...
HE ACTUALLY GAVE A VERY KIND AND NICE REPLY.
"IT IS FASCINATING FOR SOMEONE TO BE THAT INTERESTED IN SUCH AN ANCIENT ART", HE SAID.
"WOULD YOU LET ME ENQUIRE MORE ABOUT YOUR PASSION?"

I COULD NEVER REFUSE TO SUCH A KIND OFFER BY SOMEONE SO NICE!
I REMEMBER SPENDING COUNTLESS AMOUNTS OF TIME, EXPLAINING MY FASCINATION TO HIM...
HE WAS THE GREATEST LISTENER I HAD MET!
MY BROTHER USUALLY FALLS ASLEEP AFTER THE FIRST MINUTE OR SO...
AND NOT ONLY WAS HE GREAT AT LISTENING...
HE WAS ALSO GREAT AT ALL SORTS OF PUZZLES!
HIS GREAT KNOWLEDGE ENLIGHTENED ME, ALMOST AS IF HE HAD STUDIED THEM FOR AGES...
IT WAS SUCH A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE, THAT WE KEPT MEETING AT THE DOOR.
IT SEEMED AS IF EVERY DAY WE HAD SOMETHING NEW TO SHARE.

...
HOWEVER, ONE DAY...
THE CHARISMATIC MONSTER BEHIND THE DOOR SEEMED... QUITE DOWN.
OF COURSE, IT WAS NATURAL FOR ME TO ASK HIM WHAT WAS UP.
ANY FRIEND OF MINE IS GUARANTEED TO HAVE MY SUPPORT, NO MATTER WHAT!
AND, AFTER A LONG SILENCE... HE TOLD ME SOMETHING QUITE STRANGE.
"IF YOU EVER MEET SOMEONE SPECIAL IN YOUR LIFE, YOUNG ONE..."
"NO MATTER WHO IT IS, IF IT IS A FRIEND OR SOMETHING ELSE..."
