I really enjoyed working this piece and I hope you like it too! It's not common for me to make Dubstep styled beats these days, not that I actively try to avoid it, it just doesn't come naturally to me often. 

I wanted to do a remix as I haven't done one for a while, and everything I've been writing myself recently has come to a dead end. 'Mala - Alicia' was one of the first Dubstep tracks I heard (and subsequently introduced me to Alicia Keys who I'm a massive fan of now). Ironically I'm now heading back to this deep jazz kind of sound after exploring a lot of different things through my current musical life, so it seemed fitting to remix this tune. 

I utilised both 'Mala - Alicia' and the original 'Alicia Keys - Feelin' Me Feelin' U', Mala's for the instrumental parts, the original for the vocals. I tried not to butcher it too much (as can often happen with remixes of classics), but also not to recreate the tune melody for melody. Enjoy the free download!
