ARTIST/PRODUCER/CEO AND FOUNDER OF S.C.A. Music Group (Seven City Affiliates) Chez D. Fletcher (born March 30 1983) better known by his stage name Octane is the CEO of S.C.A. Music Group and is also a hip hop artist and producer out of Portsmouth Va the hometown of hip hop legend Missy Elliot. Octane's style, delivery, punch lines, metaphors, lyrical content and stage prescence has helped him gain a pretty descent sized fan base in the seven cities and surrounding areas. Octane is also a producer with his own unique sound, style, arrangements and has produced for a number of popular local artist on the rise in the hampton roads area. He is an ambitious, determined and very focused artist that has been at it full time every since 2005 when he and two other artist formed a rap group by the name of Arm N Hammer which later on got broken up when the other two members went to prison and he to ran into trouble with the law. After a lil break from the music scene Octane reunited with DAYZ and linked up with fellow group members Prentis P and Corner Jones in 2008 to form S.C.A. which featured 2 other artist from his neighborhood. In the span of 9 years Octane has been on numerous tracks features and a popular mixtape entitled S.C.A. presents "Were Affiliated Volume. 1" available on datpiff.com with a second installment scheduled to be released in August 2014. Octane has been doing music for 10 years and is constantly in the studio finding ways to perfect his craft and draw in new listeners.
