PREMIERE: Dextre - Acting Dub

Hudd Traxx makes label history with its first-ever full-length album, Dial Me In, from long-time affiliate Iron Curtis. Aptly, if it wasn’t going to be label boss Eddie Leader, Curtis is the natural choice — having contributed more tracks across more releases than any other artist in the label’s history. Across ten tracks, he delivers a journey that moves between deep house, ambient textures, and eclectic grooves, flowing effortlessly from club-ready jams to home listening moments. The warm Speak to Me Baby (Ambient Mix) opens proceedings before the synthy, Berlin-tinged 1Up {premiered here} sets an understated groove. Roxy and the title track Dial Me In bring rich chords and deep house warmth, while lead single Troubles delivers a hypnotic, low-slung sway. 

Tensione strips things back with bass-heavy, breakbeat energy, and Bodycode rides a beautifully deep house pulse. The final stretch expands the palette with the floaty Dance Inc., the rolling Signal Signal, and closing cut Slipstream, tying the journey together in style. A landmark LP for Hudd Traxx — diverse, soulful, and built for both the dancefloor and beyond.

Following the label’s last release from Dumitrescu, the UK-based label Myriad returns with a stunning vinyl release, with Czevski (the alias of a well-known UK producer) and Tulbure both contributing two tracks each courtesy of the stunning Secunda Dominica EP.
Label founder Louie says that working with Tulbure and Czevski feels especially meaningful, as their music had a strong influence on his early sound:
“Long before the label started, both of them had a big impact on how I connected with music, so it’s a real pleasure to be collaborating with them now.

Looking ahead, Myriad has more music on the horizon, including a release from another UK-based artist and close friend of the label. For now, the rest remains under wraps; a reflection of the label’s approach to letting things evolve naturally.

'Diego Krause returns to his FORAX fold with the 8th injection of his self-releasing imprint. A strong and respected figure in Berlin and the European circuit, Krause has been pumping out weapons for over ten years and featured heavyweight EP’s with the likes of BERG Audio, Constant Sound, Mulen and Beste Modus; always true to his style and firmly a name synonymous with tech-house in the Berlin underground. Recently though, Krause has deviated away from independent labels and launched his FORAX imprint, operating as a platform to channel all of his energy into his own creative worx’ and for each EP to act as a marker in his evolution as an artist.

‘Silos (03) is a slick and stompy tech-house hammer, firm and authoritative with the bit between its teeth. It wastes no time in stamping down its presence with a fierce intro, announcing its rapturous intentions from the start with the gnarling bass waiting to be unleashed. Serrated drum-play adds to the tuff exterior of the track, whilst peculiar percs and sequences generate just the right amount of intricate mystery to the groove. Krause knows exactly how to control a dance-floor and this is kind of bomb track he’ll pull from no where to send the D-floor into a heightened frenzy of headz-down acrobatics...........
