Healing Noises is a producer from south of France, inspired by multiple genres such as techno, IDM, breakbeat or electronica.
Three years after her first appearance on the label, she comes back on 909 Connection with a 3-tracks EP. This release is a great demonstration of her ability to jump from one style to another, while maintaining a coherent atmosphere and sound design.

The first track, "Oisidara", consists of a slow breakbeat associated with deep ambient chords, dubbed-out vocals and warm bass.
Then, "Silver Pad" takes us far away into a magic IDM journey with its ambient layers, melancholic lead, and futuristic drum programming.
Last but not least, "She Was a Fairy" is a techno banger designed for the rave with a very strong and compact rhythm section, alongside chopped vocals and atmospheric pads.

"Ghost (noun): an apparition of a dead person which is believed to appear or become manifest to the living, typically as a nebulous image. 

A little sweetness, a little chaos, and above all, a lot of freedom. We are very proud to reveal ‘GHOST’, the very first EP by LaCastagne emlaau, our friend and accomplice from the beginning. 
Ghost, because, like sound, it is elusive. A discreet presence, but there, a mystical thing that is more guessed than revealed. We believe in ghosts or not—to each their own delusion. 

This EP is the very essence of DALF. No plan, just exploration. Between analogue and digital, between the textures of the samples and the raw emotion of a melody played for hours on end. Shouting into a microphone after hammering away at a piano. Keeping the unexpected, embracing the accident, trusting the moment. Here, nothing follows a set path, everything is created through sensations. You no longer know whether you are dancing or thinking. 
Welcome to the giant, spontaneous laboratory of LaCastagne.

When you are seen yet unanswered, clinging to hope, searching for meaning in the smallest gestures, replaying scenes of joy frozen in the past. When you become obsessed, blocked, lurking in streets, clubs, and after-hours, calling old friends.

When the city quietly notes your pain and moves on without you. Stuck in your room as days blur into weeks, then months. Eight hours of screen time. Dishes piling up. Takeaway boxes gathering around you like silent witnesses to your demise. Chain-smoking. Starting letters, deleting them over and over. Calling your shrink to raise the dose. Maybe this time it will go away, but you know it won’t. When you beg for closure, only to realize you’re begging yourself.

This is when you do it. You let go.

From the thriving childhood of the debut LP to the newly obtained maturity marked by the visible traces of molted shagreen skin born out of dozens of failed and successfully completed instars. How many of them are behind? How many more are yet to come?

With a motto that can best be described as "the loop is the ideal of form", mishinuki writes and produces hypnotic autofiction music that can be compared to both - folk with its incantatory repetitiveness and the sample heavy three-letter word train of trip-hop-art-pop. What makes mishinuki unique is that she records her own samples, fills them with her sand grain vocals, and then shuffles the pieces, creating structures that are sometimes quite unsettling in their untamed naturalness.

‘S.L.F. Versions’ – a set of cutting-edge radical reworks from Aïsha Devi’s widely-praised EP ‘S.L.F.’

Hotly-tipped Chinese scene stalwart 33EMYBW delivers a thunderous percussion-heavy take on ‘Two Serpents’, and rising Indonesian duo Gabber Modus Operandi overhaul ‘Uupar Theory’ with pummelling kick drums encircling frenzied, swirling synths.

Nordic maverick Varg adds jungle breaks and pitched-down crunch to Devi’s pitched-up ethereal voice, whilst lauded JA collective Equiknoxx Music‘s vibey avant-dancehall version gives shout-outs to Devi from vocalists Gavsborg and Shanique Marie.

In addition to acclaim gained for ’S.L.F.’, over the summer Devi toured extensively, performing at some of the world’s most prestigious and forward-thinking events. At Dark Mofo x Atonal in Hobart, Australia she premiered her new AV show ‘∞E=TRv’ – an innovative collaboration with visual artist MFO using light in space and reflective surfaces. Centred around Devi’s transcendence/continuum energy formula and inspired by Planck’s Constant in physics, these special shows have wowed and inspired, as have AV events staged with Emile Barret, and Devi’s solo shows - where audio takes centre stage.
