«Recordar es volver a vivir.» Sich zu erinnern heisst, wieder zu leben. Dieser Spruch wird in Mexiko in der Zeit vom Gedenktag an die Verstorbenen - dem „Día de Muertos“ – oft verwendet. Es drückt die Idee aus, dass Erinnerungen die Vergangenheit lebendig halten – besonders die Menschen und Momente, die uns wichtig waren. 

Zum Día de Muertos in Mexiko sagt man sich oft herzliche und respektvolle Worte, die die Erinnerung an Verstorbene feiern. Es ist kein trauriger, sondern ein bunter und fröhlicher Feiertag, an dem das Leben der Verstorbenen geehrt wird. 

Zamira ( @zamiramusica ) nimmt uns mit ihrem Set durch eine Gefühlswelt mit ebenso Tiefgang, Buntheit und Freude. Es leben die Momente an welchen Erinnerungen geschaffen werden. Es lebe Fernweh. Alegria! Love.

In the past months, I played many live sets at festivals and DJed in clubs - and sometimes I left feeling a quiet sadness. I wondered: Is this really what I want to do?
The spaces often felt too fast, too distracted. People were talking on the dancefloor. 
My music - or rather, the subtle worlds I wished to open - didn’t seem to land.

But then, during this ecstatic dance, something shifted.
Everyone was present. Listening. Breathing. Moving with intention.
And I realized again what truly matters to me:
that the art I create has meaning - that it becomes a space to connect with beauty.
Beauty within, and beauty all around us.
The delicate moments, the subtle sounds - those are the ones that move mountains inside.

This set is dedicated to that feeling.
To the stillness beneath the movement.
To the awe that arises when we truly listen.
