In a dazzling display of creative synergy, the musical powerhouses Das Pharaoh, Heerhorst, and Bryn Liedl join forces to release their highly anticipated EP "Stay." Das Pharaoh, known for their innovative electronic soundscapes, Heerhorst, a master of the techno realm, and Vancouver based vocalist and artist Bryn Liedl, have collectively crafted a single that transcends boundaries and genres.

Adding another layer of excitement to this project, Ukrainian artist Meyer steps in with a mesmerizing remix of "Stay." Meyer is celebrated for his unique and compelling take on electronic music, and his remix promises to be a sonic adventure in its own right.

ODTD052 concludes another ground breaking year on Øddity by welcoming back Neapolitan duo Moonwalk. Since 2021’s acclaimed Solaris EP [ODTD019] Moonwalk have put out key releases for Still Vor Talent, Spectrum and Odd One Out. Mauro and Dario have again been working their magic in the studio, crafting two deep energetic melodic techno gems to close out 2023 on a real high.

Spellbinding title track ‘Gattaca’ sets a focused driving groove from the first bars and straps you in for a thrilling ride. Fx saturated vox samples and reverberating arps pull you in further, leading to a classy synth rich breakdown. From here emotional cathedral like chords heighten your sense of anticipation, creating the perfect moment for rising beats kick back in. Expect a sea of raised arms and happy clubbers.

‘Omnia’ treads a deeper and darker path. Swirling futuristic keys add to the sense of drama, which is amplified further by sonic sub-bass pulses. The melodic breakdown delivers a momentary sense of calm, before staccato drums and throbbing bass pulses amp up the intensity. From here swirling arps transfix and send a shiver down your spine.

Once again, Moonwalk and Øddity delivering where it matters most - through the speaker system projected onto the dance-floor. Next year will be even bigger !!!

Based in Argentina and comprised of Lautaro Lopez Delgado & Lucas Amicone, Far From Home crafts mystical melodic techno which takes listeners on a journey. The duo's otherworldly sound has found a home on Be Free Recordings, Coalescentia Records, Heinz Music, Sequence Music and more. Astral Records has also been a home for the duo's cutting edge sound, making their label debut in 2022 with the well received 'Gates to Atlantis'. Meanwhile, Spanish artist Retoric has made impressive strides since emerging in 2019 with an EP via ARKHAMRA. The Madrid resident has earned the praise of Tale Of Us, The Element and Oostil, while continuing to display sophisticated sound design and memorable musical themes throughout his productions. Now, combining their extensive forces for the first time, Far From Home and Retoric begin 2024 on Astral Records with 'The Arrival', alongside remixes from Paul Anthonee and LORRAINNE.

Oddity is an imprint curated and delivered by Fur Coat, focusing on melodic house and techno. Having begun to drive his career and sound in a deeper direction, the realization of his own label has given him the best platform to showcase this.

“Starting my own label is something that I´ve had in mind for a long time. It’s a platform to express myself and have 100% the control on the art concept I want to put on each release, the music I want to show from myself and the artists I share passion for, giving me the ability to invite them onto the label.

The label is giving Fur Coat the opportunity to explore artistically and promises to give a platform to new artists that fit with the sonic direction, whilst also inviting heritage talent onboard for remixing.
