"In the Bleak Midwinter" by English poet Christina Rossetti was first published in 1872. In 1906 Gustav Holst composed a setting to these verses now sung throughout the world. At this dark time in humanity it is our sincere hope that you will reflect upon these verses with us and ponder the hope and true meaning of Christmas.

Oddrun Eikli is the singer in Loops and Bridges. A project headed by Oddrun Eikli and Arne Hiorth. Oddrun Eikli sings, composes the melodies and writes the lyrics , Arne Hiorth does the arranging trumpet work and studio engineering.
