A vinyl enthusiast, @decka-music style of mixing is energetic and fast paced, yet tight and precise. He built up his a reputation as a producer, first making noise in 2015 on Darwin’s Berlin label SPE:C with the « Begyndelsen ».
 
Decka makes music that journeys through bare-bones Techno, crafting hypnotic polyrhythmic patterns that look both to a tough, hypnotic sound and a sub-low pressure rooted in his home city, Bristol. 

Decka’s Unterwegs imprint that he runs with @theladymachine translates to « on the move » correlating with the label's vision to expand upon the idea that music is forever changing, evolving into new territories.

Our 97th podcast, and number two of the Summer Series, will be provided by the Portuguese artist CRAVO. As one of the founding members of the notorious Hayes Collective, CRAVO made quite the name for himself in the recent year with a couple of outstanding releases. Both his solo release, “Eternal Paradox EP” on Setaoc Mass’ SK_Eleven, and his co-created “Klockworks 32”, which he released together with his good friend VIL on Ben Klock’s label of the same name, shows the craft with which CRAVO shapes his tracks.

For FrenzyPodcast 097, CRAVO created a one hour mix in which he presses the pedal and does not let go. Some heavy hitting techno alternating with his signature groove, and some futuristic elements in between, characterize the sound which he expresses in this mix. Having started out in the early 2010’s, Mario Campo quickly joined the famous Pole Group after a string of big releases that saw him rise up in the Spanish scene. His music remains highly immersive and almost atmospheric, but where his music seemed to have more of a dub roundness to it a few years back, his productions nowadays have reduced in sonic depth but gained in impact. 

Kwartz has been able to differentiate himself while being highly complementary to the contemporary scene by combining his cloudy style with Spanish club efficiency to make weapons on wax.
