GOLAN ZOCHER Israeli/Colombian DJ/Producer and founder of Underground Bloom Records Label, Golan's career started at the very young age of 17 spinning vinyl's in a city where the electronic music scene was just a shadow of Salsa and tropical rhythms.

Having a weekly spot on the only electronic radio station that existed in between 1999 and 2001, (La Super Estacion) Golan would bring the best from what he would call "the core of Underground Electronic Music," the Global Underground Series at the time.

After a long break of almost 10 years of djíng (2002-2012) because of a severe Tinnitus Golan came back to the scene with a different approach, creating Bloom Records Label, Bloom Podcast and at 2016 released his first material to the world.

From then on Golan has countless releases, constantly supported by big names such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Tony Mcguiness, Guy Mantzur and the list goes on and on.

We venture north across the US Border this week, to Seattle and an ex-pat currently making BIG waves in our scene. With foundations in trance, to his current guise making gorgeous deep prog cuts, and much more! PFG we've unearthed another gem for ya, I KNOW you're gonna love this. Give it up for EL1AX..

‘EL1AX’  (@el1ax) is the Techno/Progressive moniker of Elias Attumally, under which he produces deep progressive house, melodic techno and electronica. Hailing from Kerala(IN), Elias drew inspiration from legendary trance acts such as Above & Beyond, Paul van Dyk and Paul Oakenfold during his formative years as a music producer. In early 2010s, as a self-taught music producer, Elias used to produce Trance under the alias ‘Juvelis’ with which he got signed to the Trance/Progressive house imprint Intricate Records (Russia) in 2014 before taking a break.
Currently residing in Seattle (US), in 2020 Elias rekindled his passion for producing music and launched his new techno moniker ‘EL1AX’, having acquired a new love for the deeper side of electronic music during his hiatus - through the works of techno/prog maestros such as Guy J, Laurent Garnier, John Digweed, Patrice Baumel, Alex O’Rion and other underground musicians. 

In May 2021, Elias made his debut on Praveen Achary’s Bangalore (IN) based underground techno label Juicebox Music with his track ‘Sunset Over Puget Sound’ which was released along with great pieces from top-notch Techno/Progressive artists such as Subandrio, Scippo, Monojoke, Greg Tomaz and more, as part of Juicebox Music’s explorative ambient compilation ‘Tales of Time: Chapter 2’. The VA album received rave reviews and entered the Top 100 Releases on Organic House and Electronica genres on Beatport. His track also received great feedback and support from the Progressive community, including support from prog legend GMJ on his Future Memory show (Ep. 51) and May ‘21 Beatport Charts.

Elias continues to spread his love for Techno/Progressive through his podcast “Peace of Mind Techno” through which he curates deep, meaningful and hypnotic house and techno. Keep an eye out for some great releases from EL1AX.

The DJ, producer, label owner Gorkiz, known for almost a decade of production in his catalogue, navigating through the grooves and melodies of house, tech and progressive. With powerful releases signed on key labels in the music industry, such as Toolroom, Clubsonica Records, Kittball, Balkan Connection, KDB Records, Lapsus Music, Stereo Productions and many more, he built a strong background as an artist, earning the support of several players like Steve Lawler, Marco Carola, Betoko, DJ Ruby, Rauschhaus, Hernan Cattaneo, Lucas Rossi, Sebastian Busto and More . He’s also the author of the hit “Don’t Be Jealous”, a collaboration with Chemical Surf duo that had great repercussion and feedback a few years ago, making his strong appearance in the game and cruising through the biggest clubs in Brazil - including Green Valley, Villa 13, Park Art, Bali Hai, Cave and Fosfobox. After a remarkable experience in the studio, Gorkiz is refreshed and prepared to face a new musical season, focusing his massive talent to work in the progressive and melodic house scene. Naturally answering to his inside voice and vocation, he’s shaping fresh and authentic themes with a top notch musical quality, delivering a high standard material to the finest boutiques of the electronic music digital platforms. His recent work can be found on labels like Balkan Connection, Superordinate Music and Massive Harmony Records. 
Founder of Transensations Records, Gorkiz is now one of the leading heads of Brazilian progressive house scene, and he’s bringing some of the hottest melodic and progressive tracks with him and his crew. Alongside his partner Pedräda, he’s hosting a new radio show on Proton Radio, ready to also leave his mark in one of the biggest platforms of progressive house in the world - always with proper good vibes and a pumping energy in his sound signature.

You know that feeling where a track just feels right. This happens when your heart, your soul, and your mind are in sync. Your heart responds to tempo, your brain responds to frequency, and your soul responds to melody. You are now in sync and your body wants to get up and move.

Our bodies have an autonomic mechanism that syncs with strong, external rhythms, pulses, or beats.  This phenomenon is known as entrainment. We entrain to rhythms around us all the time, although we are usually unaware of it.

The relationship between the external rhythms and our inner rhythms or pulses is inseparable. In fact our internal rhythms will speed up or slow down to match a stronger external rhythm.

Less energy is used when 2 objects are entrained. In other words, we consume less energy when we are in step with surrounding energy, and we waste energy when we are not in sync with the greater, surrounding energy.

Think back to your most unforgettable club nights or parties. Remember the energy you felt when you moved as one with like- minded people who are also in sync. That is the power of electronic music.

This is the reason why I am a DJ. It is my hope you find moments of entrainment with these mixes.
