BEC is back on her own imprint with a unique twist to her new EP 'Freedom'. Release 005 not only comes with three exceptional techno cuts but also dives into the correlation between the mind and freedom. With these three tracks, for
the first time, BEC officially launches herself into the NFT realm. Each track will be released with only one exclusive NFT via Opensea (minting Fri 25th Feb / link to come), dropping on the release date of 25th March. This release wouldn’t be complete without the insanely surreal and captivating artwork that BEC designed herself, uniquely animated for each token. BEC explores what the meaning of what Freedom actually entails. The lyrics in the title track give a first direction of how the mind is strongly intertwined with our ability to either be free, or restrained by our thoughts. Rhythmic drums, industrial textures and walls of white noise bring real tension to “Freedom”, as the hypnotic acapella speaks for itself. Carrying such a strong concept to the track, aiming to motivate listeners to be more free of their thoughts. “Observation” is next and encourages us to be the observer of our thoughts, without getting absorbed by them and getting into a cycle of negative thoughts – hence the name of the closing track of the EP “Mind Cycle”. Connoting the polar opposite to Freedom. “Observation” consists of pummelling drums, turbo-charged rave stabs and waves of euphoric simmering textures. “Mind Cycle” has a fierce groove and mesmerising looping synth which takes listeners on a cyclic journey. Combining all tracks together, the concept is explained in one single dialogue: “Freedom” is the “Observation” of the “Mind Cycle”.

David Temessi follows up on his remix for Uncertain; with three uber-functional originals. The Seventh is a stripped back and dry tool, with „Mr. A.' giving one of the most sinister vocals you'll have heard since a while. Andre Crom takes the vocals of The Seventh and injects a heavy dose of energy, creating a peaktime bomb. Syntax Error offers a strong groove topped by a relentless synth line to create a real dancefloor weapon. On God Speed, Mr. A features on another a dry and percussive tool.

Etruria Beat boss Luca Agnelli returns to the label as he unveils four fresh originals in the form of ‘Dangerous’.

A leading name within Italy’s techno landscape and beyond, DJ, producer and label owner Luca Agnelli’s musical journey continues to surge with releases and remixes via the likes of Drumcode, Soma and his own Etruria Beat imprint. Having played a series of stand-out shows to close the year including TIT festival (Malaga), Duel (Naples), Die Rakete (Nuremberg) and THC (Bogotà), not to mention a breathtaking performance from the top of Torre Del Cassero in his home region of Tuscany, early 2020 sees a welcome return to home turf as the Etruria Beat boss steps out to reveal his latest EP ‘Dangerous’, comprised of four commanding productions.

Title track ‘Dangerous’ unveils a high-octane ride through escalating synths, resounding kicks and menacing low- end tones, whilst ‘High Gravity’ utilises further infectious lead line work and slick, metallic drum licks. Next, ‘End Of Time’ sees the introduction of soaring melodies alongside off-kilter sonics and tripped-out vocal snippets, before closing proceedings with ‘Acidulous’, a driving acid-led effort that snakes through both tough and more melodic territories in impressive fashion.
