The music on offer is richly textured, and though techno's thundering pulse plays a major role in the proceedings, Fengler also finds time to flirt with various house tropes and explore both darkly dubby and brightly melodic passages. Beyond that, the whole thing has been expertly mixed, which comes as little surprise given the man's impressive pedigree.

At the heart of Lady Tazz’s mission is Mind Medizin, her label and event series that champions the sound of kindred spirits, now inviting Radio Slave to the mix this June.
Lady Tazz has overcome many cultural obstacles to achieve her rightful place as one of Toronto’s foremost electronic dance exports. A renegade of sorts, as a teenager she would regularly visit the UK and Germany without her parents’ knowledge to attend London’s Sound Academy and to party in Berlin, whilst continuing to pursue her aspirations of becoming a DJ.

The Bangladeshi producer and DJ is proud of her heritage, but is realistic about the social expectations of throwing raves in her hometown. She moved to Toronto in her teenage years, where she grew up, educating herself on music and a place that has perfected a sound that remains organic and raw. Her record label and party series, Mind Medizin galanty taps into an erotic lifestyle that embraces the unconventional and free spirited – which inspires and motivates Lady Tazz on numerous artistic levels.
For Mind Medzin’s first release of 2025, Lady Tazz will release ‘Sleaze’ on the 27th June, to include a special remix from Rekids founder and UK godfather, Radio Slave. Making his debut on her label.

Foreboding and dripping with lascivious intent, ‘Sleaze’ brazenly stalks into existence by way of warping synth fills and glitching hi-hats. The lyrical component consists of a series of smouldering vocal hooks which salaciously enrapture ones’ senses tightly wrapping around the creeping melody before succumbing to the beat’s stomping dominance.
On the flipside, Radio Slave’s remix revs and fires with shots of ringing overtones atop a deep thud, husky vocal and swooshing cymbals. Whilst upping the ante of the original, its stripped back charm remains culminating in moody, chugging rework bubbling with tension and fraught with Radio Slave’s brand of dark, fractured house.

Björn Torwellen returns to CLR with the ‘Codebreaker’ EP. It follows up his debut ‘Binary Fate’ release, which kicked off the label’s 2025.

Cologne’s Björn Torwellen is back on Chris Liebing’s CLR with the ‘Codebreaker’ EP on 8th August 2025. It follows January 2025’s ‘Binary Fate’ three-tracker, Torwellen’s first foray onto the label, which won support from the likes of Luke Slater, Truncate, Dave Clarke, and more.

Supercharged drums hammer and shake in Björn Torwellen’s ‘The Overstayer Protocol’. The air hums with raw electric power, zapping through soft dub chords that tumble in the distance, offering a glimpse of another world while its industrial groove rattles on. Title track ‘Codebreaker’ then sees the lasers ride pounding kick drums, building in intensity before dropping into head-warping, brutish and futuristic synth hits, closing out another EP of excellent Torwellen sound design for CLR.

With a career spanning over two decades, Björn Torwellen is known for his discography on labels such as De-Konstrukt, Nachtstrom Schallplatten, nonlinear systems, and CLR. He also heads the German-based educational platform SINEE, offering masterclasses, guides, feedback sessions, and more alongside artists such as Luigi Madonna, ANNẼ, and DEAS.

Founded by influential techno lynchpin Chris Liebing in 1999 and reemerging in 2021 after a five-year hiatus, Create Learn Repeat (CLR) has hosted a range of artists like Shlomi Aber, Dubfire, Flug, Bjarki, DJ Dextro and more while also focusing on developing newer acts in the scene such as Risa Taniguchi, The Southern, and Klint.

Tokyo’s Risa Taniguchi returns to Chris Liebing’s CLR with the ‘Break It’ EP 29th August 2025. The two-tracker follows her previous outings on the label, 2024’s ‘Wakes From Coma’ and ‘So Loud’, which earned support from Dave Clarke, Kelly Lee Owens, and Luke Slater, and 2022’s ‘Acid Flesh’, in collaboration with Black Asteroid.

Title track ‘Break It’ sees Kneaded Pains, Second State, Mind Medizin, and core CLR artist Risa Taniguchi open with high-intensity built around pounding kicks and a searing synth stab. The tension is palpable as icy hats and bold low-end drive forward beneath evocative spoken vocals culminating in a dark, strobe-lit roller primed to lock in peak-time floors. Throughout his career, he has held residencies at key venues such as Kooky in Leicester and Subtronix in Wakefield, consolidating his presence in the underground scene. His sound is defined by the strength and energy he conveys both in the studio and on stage, delivering powerful sets that connect directly with the dance floor.

Currently, Danny focuses much of his work on production, although his true passion remains performing live, bringing audiences into a powerful and immersive sonic experience.

Centrosfera is an amazing open air underground club in the middle of Santa Cruz' old town, it was a really beautiful night with lots of happy faces on the dancefloor.

Ahead to his upcoming OFF-release, we invited one of Amsterdam's finest, DJ Lauhaus, to join OFF-head Andre Crom for an allnighter, hosting the "Hammahalle" at Berlin's beloved Sisyphos.

Here you can listen to the whole night in 3 parts.

The night starts with an hour of ambient & electronica by Andre, followed by an hour of dubbed out techno by Lauhaus.

Part 2 saw the duo go back 2 back, slowly raising the BPM and intensity.

They spontaneuosly continued playing B2B until 6.00 am, which marks the end of part 3, tripping together with the infamously enthusiastic Sisyphos crowd, meandering through many shapes of techno.
