Calxtra Celebration of lIfe Twitch Stream March 15, 2025

Cass makes a return to the scene with a  collaboration with Canadian stalwart Glenn Morrison. Their track “Firefox” is nothing short of spectacular, coming from separate ends of the electronic music world, it fuses Cass’ legendary electronic touch with Morrisons virtuoso classical piano, creating a fusion of sophistication and driving energy. The result is a nicely refined (but not too polite) fusion of driving beats and orchestral elements, striking that important balance between IN (headphones) and OUT (sweaty festival tent of breaks destruction)

Calxtra Carol was a fixture in our little scene.  Always there to support, chat and create art. I met her back in the NSB days over a decade ago. When she passed away earlier this year it left a hole in our hearts. As we are apt to do we filled that hole with music and love.
