Offbeat Hooligans first came together at the end of 2010 in Atlanta, GA. The band consisted of Ben Rickard (bass/vocals), Austin Saxon (guitar), Boris Adamack (vocals), and Chris Rickard (drums). They first started out playing strictly cover songs, but later evolved into something much more unique. In 2011, Eric Jefferson joined on as the new drummer and the band went on to release their first studio album, Be Civilized, in March 2013.
 
Shortly after, Johnny Hershberger joined the band as the new lead guitarist. Johnny's progressive metal and jazz fusion, combined with OBH's funk and reggae roots took the band in a new direction. Offbeat Hooligans then went on to produce their second album, Half Serious, which released Summer 2015. The album features the band's original drummer, Chris Rickard.
