BUILT FOR WAR berdiri pada tahun 2014 sebenarnya kami reinkarnasi dari band DARK IMMMORTAL ,karena di band lama kami merasa tidak sejalan dengan apa yang kita harapkan. Setelah kita vacum sekitar 1 Tahun, kami berkumpul kembali di Studio untuk sekedar Ngejam. Dan dari situlah kami mempunyai gagasan untuk kembali berkarya di jalur musik dengan nama,personil serta genre yang berbeda dari sebelumnya, tapi masih tetap di jalur yang sama(Music METAL). Lalu kami mulai mendengarkan lagu lagu dari ARCH ENEMY,AMON AMARTH dan CHILDREN OF BODOM,dan seketika itu pula kami mendapat ide untuk merubah genre music ala MELODIC DEATH METAL tpi dengan versi kami sendiri dan tidak merubah karakter kami 
Maka terbentuklah BUILT FOR WAR yang beratikan dibangun untuk berperang, kami berfilosofi akan berperang dalam maksud ini kami ingin menghidupkan kembali ambisi untuk berkarya dalam bermusik dengan 4 amunisi : 
Nass – vokal
Si om – guitar
Jebb – bass 
Moenir- drum 
Kami akan menyuguhkan musik metal yang berbeda,lebih fresh,dan kejam tentunya.
