▌I Welcher Track ist für dich ganz besonders in deinem Set?
Schwierige Frage, weil ich wirklich jeden einzelnen Track richtig gern mag, alle sind irgendwie besonders für mich in dem Set und haben ihren wohlverdienten Platz in dem Set. Aber ich würden wohl Evolutionary Ritual von Mayro wählen - ich liebe den Track weil er von so interessanten Sounds gespickt ist und so einen spacey Vibe hat, schön treibend ist und gleichzeitig so subtil daherkommt.

▌II Hattest du einen Mentor / eine Mentorin?
Ja! Christian Hülshoff war sozusagen mein Mentor und hat mir den Weg zum Auflegen gezeigt und geebnet :).

▌III Kannst du eine positive Entwicklung durch die Pandemie beobachten?
Im Zuge der Pandemie haben auch unbekannte Künstler*innen wie ich vermehrt die Chance bekommen zu zeigen was sie können. Vor der Pandemie, so nehme ich es wahr, haben es neue Gesichter kaum auf die Line-Ups geschafft. Schön, dass das nun anders ist :)

To be honest.. the morning was rough. Tried to sleep and have a little rest before the gig but waking up at 7 and be ready and feel the energy is definitely a challenge. I went to the floor with my friends, had a beer and started the set and it was all gone. Like always two hours of happiness and groovy bounce. Dark, driving soundscapes, interwoven with shadowy textures, broken up by delicate melodies – an unmistakable sound. The seemingly opposing elements merge into a cohesive whole, transporting both depth and energy equally. Sometimes pulsating and direct, other times minimalist and meticulously detailed – always with a keen sense for dramaturgy and atmosphere.

With releases on renowned labels such as Subios, Jaw Dropping Records, Radikon, Rebellion der Träumer, and ALAULA, the Leipzig-based producer and DJ has carved out a solid place in the international scene. His tracks make their way into the sets of prominent artists like Oliver Huntemann, at festivals like Fusion, and in clubs around the world.

In 2023, together with his close friend @aio.music, he jumpstarted his own label @kosmosrecords, focusing on high-quality sound from the realms of Melodic, Peak-Time & Psy-Tech. Their unique genre blend – which they themselves call „Space Techno“ – shapes a new sonic world that pushes boundaries and awakens previously untapped potential.

In 2024, they expanded the label with the „KOSMOS“ event series in their hometown of Leipzig, providing a platform for both international and national top acts such as Oliver Huntemann, Maksim Dark, and Kaufmann. In doing so, the label has become not only a source of innovative sound but also an important hub for the scene.
