This is a clash of psychology with science, and, well, early The Cure meets Bowie's Scary Monsters. It's easy to be close to somebody and still not be seen or heard no matter how loudly you speak. Mixed all this up with some actual invisibility science, so believe it or not, in terms not being seen this song stands on solid physics, until it doesn't....

Years have passed and I will never forget my one regret. A friend of mine jumped off of the Tobin Bridge in Boston because of the pressure his family put on him to send money back to them in his native country - They should all be crucified.
