The Prophecy returns back home to where it all started at Serotone Recordings after numerous releases with the likes of Bad Taste, C4C and Ram along with their renowned ‘invites’ tour that see them tour Europe and grace the shores of Brighton seafront for a homecoming gig at the end of 2021.

Our guy is certainly not slowing down with his hard hitting, balls to the wall style of cutting edge dance floor Neuro offered up in this, his latest release peppered by the lyrical talents of Jimmy Danger on Binary War who we welcome to the label.

Zmena on the flip of this outing offers up another growler that throws down the gauntlet once again for a straight up no holds barred Neuro roller with all the front, grit and gusto The Prophecy is synonymous for.

 As a bonus we have also included a dub mix of Binary War - an alternative mix that switches up the b-line and drum programming for an alternative to the OG, providing more ammo for the record box from this release.

No Gravity’ is the fifth release on our self-titled label that we started last year.  To us it represents the quintessential Delta Heavy sound; a journey from darkness to light, with a cinematic intro, plenty of dancefloor energy and a catchy melody.  We actually wrote the instrumental with a different vocal but felt the two didn’t align well. We stumbled upon an older, unused acapella we had lying around the hard drive from one of our favourite vocalists and it ended up suiting the mood of the track perfectly. You may recognise her voice from our tracks White Flag and Ghost, it’s quite iconic!

We are proud to introduce the 'Griselda EP', curated by Hickupz and featuring Rezin. Hickupz (aka Jack Hickman) is producer/DJ from Birmingham, and has already made his mark in the Drum & Bass scene. He specialises in the deeper, darker and the more minimal side to the spectrum, with releases already on imprints such as Planet Misteron, Subplate Recordings, Actin Out and Madworld, as well as, previous releases on both Twisted Sounds LP's.

The 'Griselda EP' takes you into a world of haunting synths, harmonious atmospherics and deep basslines. Firstly, 'Labyrinth' starts the EP of with intensifying pads and basslines. Followed by 'Sintilation', which brings steppy drums and techy basses together, to create a rig-thumping track. 'Drako' is a collaboration between Hickupz and Rezin. This track brings the darkest of synths, combined with minimalistic drums to form a haunting, yet mesmerising track. Finally, we finish the EP of with the title track 'Griselda'. 'Griselda' is formed of haunting pads, thumping kicks, slapping snares and synths to make you melt.

We are honoured to welcome Hickupz to the Twisted Sounds family. Catch him at our future events, once the events industry is back to the way it was and we can insure safety at our events.
