Deangelo Jae Molina a.k.a Felxny (pronounced “Felony”) is a 22-year-old self-produced artist from Madison, Wisconsin, now based in Colorado. Over eight years, he’s crafted a unique sound blending aesthetic rap, emo rap, trap, R&B, phonk, lofi, indie, & alternative rock. His music is personal, dark, & experimental—rooted in underground culture & shaped by trials, loss, & self-discovery.
Starting in 2017 at 13, Felxny began in a rap group before going solo, releasing his first project “Dedication” (now lost). In 2018, projects like “SAUCIN”, “Messed Up Mind Mixtape”, & “Self Entitled Pt. 1” (all now lost) showcased his raw, emotional style & introduced the “Lonely World” concept, which explores isolation & inner struggle.
Though 2019 saw unreleased projects (“A Lonely World EP”, “FEAR”, & “Self Entitled Pt. 2”), Felxny launched what is now known as his collective & label “offwhitemafia / XYT Entertainment” to support underground artists. That year’s Summer Vibes project (the only one to see light) is now among the graveyard of lost music.
2020 was pivotal. With the release of “Lonely World Vol. 1”, a two-sided album about mental health & growth, dropped in May. Other releases included “VERYRARE” (deleted), “FELXNY’S LOST ARCHIVES PT. 1” (deleted), & the raw heartbreak album “A FUCKED UP LOVE STORY”. Singles like “Mandatory” & “I JUST WANNA DIE” added emotional depth. Crucially, he stopped using unlicensed beats & began producing all his music.
In 2021, Felxny refined his sound with “SNOFLAKE”, “FB4x”, & “EVERYDAY” (the later two are since now deleted). The “Lonely World Vol. 1 (Deluxe Edition)” expanded the original with new content & a “HELLBOY” remix featuring Kidd Snooze.
2022 saw bold singles like “DUMB SHIT”, breakout tracks “GOTH B!TCH”, & “RUGER CLAP” plus a remix with ItsBean gathered thousands of views. Planned seasonal projects were shelved.
2023 brought “SELF ENTITLED”, features with The Infamous 2EAzy, & singles “BUSS DOWN” (feat. P’Macc Blaze), “DROP THAT ASS”, “SELENA” (feat. The Infamous 2EAzy), & “WANNABE (PROM QUEEN)”. Seasonal projects faced delays again.
In 2024, a condensed Halloween EP turned into something new, dropped in January under a new name “days before the spotlight”. After heartbreak, “A FUCKED UP LOVE STORY 2” arrived with honest singles like “HEARTBREAKER”. “LATINA B!TCH” revived his signature aesthetic sound. After nearly quitting, Felxny returned with “*long.live.felxny*” in October. Halloween’s “out the dungeon” showcased his dark energy, & December’s “TILL THE REAPER LAUGHS!” with London Ya Dig became a cult underground hit garnering thousands of views across all platforms.
2025 marked a breakout. January’s “WASTE OF TIME”, “LEAK”, & “OLD MAN COYOTE” showed growth and experimentation. On March 8th, Felxny, London Ya Dig, & INSANITY999 opened for Strange Music’s Jehry Robinson in huge blowout show that echoed their names throughout Colorado. May brought “COBAIN! “& the long awaited collaborative album “Music For When The World Ends” with London Ya Dig, featuring songs “No Circus”, “Kennedy!” (feat. INSANITY999), a reimagining of a song made by someone taken way too soon (R.I.P Lil Sweet) “Lights Out Pt. 3” (with Lil Sweet), & many many others with thousands of plays.
Looking ahead, October 11th, 2025 will see “*long.live.felxny* 2”, “rumors of a potential new mixtape”(possibly coming soon maybe maybe not who knows;)), & “TILL THE REAPER LAUGHS! 2”, a Halloween sequel collaboration album with London Ya Dig & INSANITY999. “I HATE YOU FELXNY!”, a 16–20 track memoir chronicling six years of growth & struggle, is set for January 2nd, 2026.
Felxny’s story is one of building from nothing. Every beat and lyric documents pain, growth, brotherhood, & survival. More than an underground artist, he’s a rising name destined to be remembered.
