Las Vegas, Nevada rapper Dizzy Wright began rapping at just 8 years old in the group “DaFuture” with his brother and very close friend, his mother wrote his raps at the time. Dizzy broke through when he was discovered at the Sheikh Music “Rip the Mic” competition in 2010 and signed onto Funk Volume a few months later. In April 2012, Dizzy released his first Funk Volume album, SmokeOut Conversations, peaking at #2 on the iTunes Hip-Hop charts which he followed up with a free mixtape, Free SmokeOut Conversations, which has been downloaded over 200,000 times, and helped propel Dizzy to his own national 30-city tour. In December 2012, Dizzy went on to release the first of four EPs, The First Agreement, which reached as high as #2 on the iTunes Hip-Hop chart. In March of 2013, Dizzy gathered enough votes to be selected as the “People’s Choice” member of the XXL Freshman Class of 2013. Also in 2013, Dizzy released The Golden Age mixtape and followed it up with The Golden Age Tour. In 2014, Dizzy released State of Mind EP and toured the US  with support from Scion AV. Following the momentum, in 2015 he hit the road in support of his sophomore album The Growing Process peaking at #3 on iTunes. When 2016 hit, Funk Volume disbanded. No signs of slowing down, Dizzy dropped his Wisdom and Good Vibes EP and opened for Logic’s sold out “The Incredible World Tour”.

No truer words can be spoken of Louisiana recording artist, producer, writer, and entrepreneur, Fiend.  Already boasting two gold records, a Grammy nomination, a successful independent record label, a lucrative management company, a boutique clothing line and a burgeoning film company, Fiend continues to drive his career to new heights.

When asked how Fiend maintains the drive and passion required to fuel his sustained career success, his reply is straight to the point.  "I do this to provide for my family because I have to.  Secondly, I must advance my legacy as an artist, musician and entrepreneur. Fiend began his career as a teenager, landing a gig free-styling on New Orleans’s hottest radio station, Q-93 FM.  Fiend quickly became a voice of New Orleans, and was signed to a local record label where he released his debut LP,The Baddest Mutha Alive.  The record instantly became a regional classic and is still a record that is still highly sought after by collectors of New Orleans hip hop. Regrettably, Fiend’s tenure with his first label was cut short when the label folded, leaving Fiend without a home until 1997, when he inked a game-changing deal with Master P’s No Limit Records.
 
During his tenure with No Limit Records, Fiend appeared on over 20 gold and platinum No Limit albums including his two solo full length releases, the There’s One in Every Family, and Street Life.  Both albums achieved Gold status, and vaulted Fiend into the spotlight as one of the most influential Southern rappers in the game. 

In addition to his talents as a recording artist, Fiend also contributed writing credits for various No Limit acts including, Master P.  After years of continued success as an artist, writer and developer of talent for No Limit Records, Fiend felt that a major change was necessary.  With multiple options on the table, Fiend opted to leave No Limit to take full creative control of his career and create his own independent record label, FE Entertainment.  FE Entertainment provided the opportunity Fiend needed to expand his musical horizons and reap the full financial benefits of his work.  The loyal fanbase that Fiend had built afforded him the opportunity to build his own empire, and begin to foster the careers of other around him. “After leaving No Limit, it was only right to start a company to further my art for me and others.  The experience I had gained as an artist put me in a position to be able to develop new acts while still maintaing control of my own future.”
Under the banner of FdE Entertainment, Fiend released five albums totaling over 300,000 units sold independently.  Chief among his indie releases is the LP, The Headbussas Vol. 1, a famed collaboration project featuring Fiend with 3-6 Mafia’s DJ Paul and Juicy J).  On the shoulders of the the lead single from the record, "That’s How It Happen to Em", the record sold over 190,000 Soundscan units independently.  His underground compilation projects, Can I Burn Vol. 1 and Can I Burn Vol. 2, have both sold over 40,000 Soundscan units and counting.  The Go Hard or Go Home compilation introduced Corner Boy P, a known member of the Jetlife family, to the world and the subsequent LP, The Addiction, garnered Fiend accolades as a producer.  

After independently selling hundreds of thousands of records worldwide, Fiend landed a publishing deal with Mike Caren of Atlantic Records. Caren immediately introduced Fiend to producer Jim Jonsin and the two wrote Twister’s hit single entitled “Girl Tonight.”, which landed on the top ten on the Billboard Singles charts.  Fiend also earned a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Single for Lil Wayne’s Don’t Get It (Misunderstood) from the classic LP, The Carter III.  Fiend continued to work with Caren and Atlantic Records as A&R and a writer for Atlantic where, according to Fiend, he “discovered a lot of talent and made a lot people wealthy.”

Chris “DJ Slice” Rodriguez is a Philadelphia area DJ whose life revolves around music.


From a young age, Chris spent his days listening to Freestyle, Hip Hop and R&B, and enjoyed the mixes of DJ Jay Ski, DJ Touchtone, DJ Hardwell and more. Over the years of his career Chris has evolved into a versatile DJ, spinning songs of all genres. His experience and passion for music elevates his performance sets, creating multiple opportunities.


​“When I perform, my music takes me to a place where I can be myself without judgement or fear. I am never afraid to break the boundaries and I love creating mixes by melding different genres together. When I play music, I get to see how the audience appreciates my talents. Music sets people free, and I’m overcome with joy knowing that my life has a purpose by enriching the lives of others."


​In Wildwood circa 2000, DJ Slice started his career with a passion and dream. Over the following few years, Chris began to grow his reach eventually teaming up with DJ Master J and M&J Entertainment to perform at private parties and nightclubs. Years later, Bob Maschio of Coastal Broadcasting System offers him a position as a board operator. While graciously accepting the position, Chris hoped to one day be a live radio DJ on the station.


As Chris worked on his career, he moved to Philadelphia and met DJ TY of Unlimited Entertainment. Together they created Wow Factor Entertainment to service the needs of private events and parties in the Philly and Jersey Shore area. To further his career, in 2016 he was finally offered the opportunity to host his own mix show live on 98.7 FM WCZT The Coast and sister station 106.3 FM The Shore WJSE.


In 2016, DJ Slice won first place in the DJ Invitational by Foam ‘n’ Glow for the chance to perform with DJ 4B, Rainman, Brillz and Swoosh & Twist in Wildwood, NJ. After his success with Foam ‘n’ Glow, DJ Slice was offered a spot to perform in front of 12,000 people on the beach at BeachGlow.


In 2018, Chris performed at the March Freestyle Madness at The Block at Harrah’s Casino Philadelphia with some of the music legends he grew up listening to as a child; Stevie B, Coro, K7/TKA, Peter Fontaine, and Rob Base. Following this event, DJ Slice entered the Corona Electric Beach “Battle for the Beach” competition for a spot at EDC Las Vegas, where an online voting system accounted for a portion of the competition. DJ Slice’s mix received the most votes out of the entire country.


DJ Slice’s goal is to become a famous music influencer in the entertainment world and make an impact on “touching lives with positive vibes”. He continues to grow his brand an create experiences that are meaningful to himself and to his listeners.
