The year is 2016. Electronic music is on the rise and more and more artists are pushing the bar in sound design and audio production. Bass music has started exploding like no other, and a young but seasoned producer and performer from Nashville, Tennessee is determined to push the envelope and stand out from the rest. Jacob Boone, adopting the alias "Party Matrix" in 2012, is no stranger to the EDM world. Although the Party Matrix project is only almost 5 years old, Jacob performed and produced electronic music of different types for 4 years prior to settling on the name and alias that would take him on the wildest musical journey of his life. 
His roots in metal fused with his start in dubstep production tied with a lifelong influence of funk and RnB as well as the cultural influence of southern hip hop marry together perfectly in a blend of intelligent, but weird bass music that can only be described as beautiful enough to dance to while still being heavy enough to break your neck headbanging. There are no genre confines in a Party Matrix performance. From the intro to the last track, the crowd will be immersed in an audio odyssey ranging from the gorgeous sounds of the galaxy to the most menacing of filthy bass growls and 808s. 
While still at the young age of 21, Jacob has achieved numerous accomplishments both locally and on a larger scale that have continuously exceeded expectations in the scene. At only 18, Party Matrix was the first Tennessee artist to ever be invited to join the extremely exclusive premiere DJ family, 1200 Hustle, as well as being the founder of the Tennessee chapter. On top of this, with the rebranding and upgrade of Death Wobble Radio, Jacob was chosen as Director of Marketing and one of less than a handful of content curators, providing live streams of some of your favorite bass music headliners and other artists you may not have discovered yet! Party Matrix has also been given the opportunity to support the rave legends Darude, S3RL, Dougal & Gammer before ever even adopting the Party Matrix persona. He has since had the blessing of sharing the stage with countless other incredibly large acts, both inside bass music and out, all around the southeast, including Run DMT, Datsik, Apashe, Metro Boomin w/ Future, Downlink, Spankalicious, Bro Safari, Luzcid, Buku, Figure, Crizzly, Dubloadz, ill.Gates, Yheti, Moniker, False Panic, Bass Science, and many others!
Party Matrix has also had the opportunities to showcase his sounds at such recognizable events and venues as Kingdom Rave, Iris, Anthem Nashville, Bonnaroo, M.E.M.Fest, Moonshine Music and Arts Festival, QUAD Atlanta, Freakstep's Afternectar NYE '15-16 in Birmingham, and has even been on his own self executed tour twice across the southeast, even headlining several Illectric Invasion dates, paying homage to his collective/event company, Illectric Family. 
Party Matrix is on a crash course this year to capturing the ears of all bass music fans across the world, and with this momentum, he shows no signs of stopping anytime soon.
