They have played some live shows in this city, but want to meet people from other cities, in order that they can come and blow into tubes when they play live. Lets keep pop music alive by getting it out of that dress and into a sweater.

Independent, eclectic, family friendly and host to some bass thumpin' rave sheds. Nozstock caters for festival goers of all types, from the veteran festival aficionado through to those newly affected by the festival bug. It has evolved from a gathering of 50 friends into an intimate musical odyssey joining the dots between pop, ska, folk, funk, soul, indie, drum’n’bass, psytrance, house and a whole lot more. It is now firmly established as one of the country’s leading boutique festivals. 

The Orchard Stage is set at the foot of a natural arena on the side of the gently sloping valley. Alongside the farmhouse is the Garden Stage, which provides a more eclectic lineup, turning electronic by sundown whilst a converted cowshed, the Cubicles, pushes out sub-thumping bass and dubstep through to the early hours.

The festival is truly home-grown and hand-made – quite literally in fact, with a small army of grass roots supporters helping to create the wonderfully themed environment each summer. Nozstock is the quintessentially British festival – a little bit eccentric, a lot of fun, full of wonder, enchantment… and a touch of magic.

Metropolitan and melodic, The Chase's music is a blend of cultural influences that pays tribute to their council estate roots. In the space of a few short years, the four-piece have amassed a dedicated fanbase that has propelled them into the stratosphere of the UK indie music scene. From debut performances at some of the best UK festivals (Isle of Wight, Y Not, Truck, The Great Escape), to sold out nationwide tours & landing support slots with The Rifles, The Skinner Brothers and The Clause. The lads have been tipped as one of the biggest breakthrough bands on the scene by press, promoters, radio & anyone who see's them live. 

Formed in their pre-teens, the multi-instrumentalists have a multicultural background that has inspired their sound. Brothers Tyler (songwriter/frontman) & Dion (drums) were born and raised in Nottingham with Scottish and Caribbean heritage. The Chase are a melting pot of the musical genres that the boys were exposed to when growing up. With cousin Luke on the bass and keyboard warrior/co-writer James, the result is a sound that is both uniquely British and undeniably infectious. 

From The Beatles to Oasis & The Specials to Damien Marley, if you listen to the music you will hear the unmistakable impact their upbringing has had on their songwriting and performance. As a frontman Tyler is equal parts rugged, glam and real. By day he is a labourer on a building site, but by night he is on stage in a leopard print shirt bringing out strong Marc Bolan vibes that draw in any audience. He best describes his fashion sense as "Champagne taste with a lemonade budget" - which is the most accurate thing we have ever heard. "Our live show is theatrical, full of personality & showmanship, I couldn't do it any other way. We want to get the crowd involved, we love it when they're singing the tunes back at us, it's all part of the experience for us and them."

The Proc-Cast is a podcast with the aim to promote upcoming awesome relatively unknown bands to a new audience. All styles of music are welcome, be it Folk or Funk, Polka or Punk the most talented musicians have the opportunity to showcase their music here. Each episode brings you music and interview focusing on a single artist, giving them a spotlight to share with a wider audience of music lovers.
