A.R.T. (Always Remain True) is a production Team led by Felix 'Cheef' Stevenson and DeCarlos 'Los' Cunningham, who have been making music together for about 20 years! Dating back to elementary school through the high school years, where they were part of local DMV based go-go bands "Potential", "New Experience", "Huckabucks", and "Recipe" . Art has produced for Artists like: Devin the Dude, Lazy Bone, Mair, Gabby Moe, Tonya Blunt, Mike Ivory, Bravo, and Kraink City just to name a few! All ART team members are multiple-talented musicians and can produce any genre of music!

Born in the late 70s in Washington D.C raised in a single parent house hold as the youngest of three older siblings. Started out at a early age selling drugs as well as robbery an all sorts of other heinous crimes in the mist of this realized he can rap as well as make music. He started out in gogo then eventually moved to making his own music. What you will hear in his music is truth,  where he was, is an where he wants to be, he's definitely a game changer.
