City Wall Records was founded by @rossharpermusic in 2008. Ross grew up in London and as a teenager was a regular figure in the 90s London rave, club and party scene. Ross was there at the birth of it all dancing with the founding fathers of the house and techno scene, DJs such as Marshall Jefferson, Carl Cox and Laurent Garnier, as well as live acts such as The Prodigy and Orbital. So by the end of the century Ross had a deep hunger to get under the skin of electronic music production.

Ross channelled this passion into 5 years of studying music production. After finishing his studies Ross was getting offers from labels to release the music he was producing but he had seen first hand how even well established independent labels were regular just “disappearing” and Ross did not want his own music to get stuck in some legal black hole. Fortuitously just around the time of his graduation saw the rise of the digital download revolution. Ross took the bull by the horns, secured a rock solid distribution contract and started City Wall Records with the intention of creating a label founded on the simple principles of releasing electronic music that has individual depth and character.

There is no specific music policy, Ross had also witnessed how some labels had become obsessed with a specific sub genres, often following a particular fad, which then went out of fashion, and the label would disappear, so City Wall has always had an “our house is open” policy that covers a diverse range of genres. The label is focussed on artist development, treating creators as individuals and very much a “less is more” philosophy.

Graduated in graphic arts, born in Paris of Spanish origin, Romain Garcia has always drawn from his numerous influences, whether cultural or artistic.
DJ since he’s 15 years old and fan of techno, especially melodic, he sent a demo to Ben Böhmer during the quarantine, who immediately hooks on his soaring style, full of exotic sounds, of triturated voices samples, plated on hypnotic and dancing rhythms. 
This artistic crush led to a collaboration : that’s how was born "Cappadocia", the first track of Romain Garcia released on Cercle Records in 2020, already accumulating 9 million streams.
The single "White Flag" was released afterwards, on the German label Ton Topferei.
Recently spotted by the management of NTO, who Romain is sharing a lot of dates with, he is now preparing to release his first EP, "Syamo".

Ólafur Arnalds is a BAFTA-winning multi-instrumentalist and producer from Mosfellsbær, Iceland. Ólafur Arnalds mixes strings and piano with loops and beats crossing over from ambient/electronic to pop.

Natascha Polké is a Swiss musician and producer known for blending indie songwriting with emotional, melodic house. Based in Zurich, she has built an international presence with releases on labels like Anjunadeep, PIAS, and Universal Music. Her live shows have taken her across Europe, North America, and Asia — from supporting Kiasmos and Christian Löffler on tour to playing festivals like Fusion, Zürich Openair, ADE, and a standout Cercle show in LA. 2025 will ultimately see Natascha embarking on her very first headline tour across European metropolitan cities.


She lived in London from 2013 to 2017, where she studied songwriting, worked in a studio, and held a residency at the iconic Roundhouse. After returning to Zurich, she immersed herself in the city’s club scene — organizing events at Hive and DJing extensively. During this phase, her current artist project began to take shape. After completing her Master’s in music, she transitioned from DJing to performing fully live — and the project really took off. Her live show merges raw, intimate songwriting with atmospheric, melodic house.


Her upcoming EP - aimed to be released in November - with the third single 'Dawn' releasing September 12th via Universal Music CH and capping the year off in December with a release for Cercle Records, will certainly open a new chapter. With her mix of emotion and groove, she gets people dancing — and maybe even crying a little.

The Offstuff project began to take shape in Madrid - born from the heat and energy of the city, and its passion for electronic music.
Early inspiration stems from the early 90s – with the electronic sounds of "Orbital", "The Chemical Brothers" and "Daft Punk", and led to an awaking and appreciation of electronic music.
Tentative discovery began in the happy first decade of the new century and with it the chance to do more than simply listen to music. Shy sets at parties led to friendly requests for more - as the Madrid scene developed, Offstuff absorbed it all.
 And it’s from here that the project continued on to Paris in 2011 ... 
Offstuff’s musical universe is characterized by German Minimal Techno - but his electronic roots underpin it all ....
The results are sets with heart, emotion, passion, defined with an ever-present low melodic sound: always deep, always sexy, and always funky.

Jordan Arts is a South African born electronic music producer, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist based in London. 
Since performing his debut live performance in Amsterdam in 2021, Jordan has been the official opening act for some of the biggest electronic music acts in the world, such as Black Coffee, Joris Voorn, Nora en Pure, ARTBAT, Claptone and Cosmic Gate. 

In 2022 Jordan was featured in the August edition of Mixmag Caribbean for his undeniable talent and knowledge in electronic music. 
Later in the year he was featured by Beatport as their “Artist To Look Out For” and wrote about his sensational live show. 
His collaboration with Da Africa Deep, “Need to Know” featured on Black Coffees tribute album for Virgil Abloh.

Jordan is soon to open for ARTBAT in Brazil for the famous Rio Carnival. 
We look forward to watching his journey unfold, allowing us the continued opportunity to connect deeper with ourselves through his music.
