O.T.S, was inspired because of the freestyles that was recorded in Baltimore, Maryland in 2011 on the West Side of Baltimore in the neighb​orhood White-lock . Since then king slim mils has decided to become an artist​/enter​tainer in the music industry. As of 2014, king slim mils started recording freestyles on sound cloud and transferred them into YouTube videos. In 2015 the take off the O.T.S began.
