BLOC+MUSIC is the DIY not-for-profit label of Glasgow venue Bloc. 

We are simply facilitators. A launch-pad for new acts. We don't make a profit because we don't aim to. BLOC+MUSIC is a means for BLOC+ to use it's financial base to support the artistic endeavours of some of the most inspiring and talented musicians we have the privilege of hosting on our tiny stage. Jack Borrill is a Glasgow-based alternative folk artist from Milton of Campsie. Previously known for his work with bands such as Quiche and The Joy Hotel, he has developed a songwriting style rooted in confessional lyricism and rich instrumentation. His songs explore themes of nostalgia, belonging, and personal transformation, layered upon a canvas of textured sound that balances intimacy and depth.

Goats In the Machine is a website taking an idiosyncratic view of pop n’ alt culture. GITM encourages it’s contributors to communicate in whatever way they want to in whatever medium they want about what makes the fan-core tick. Using whatever means we can (writing, video, podcasts and everything in between) we want to explore the cultural topography while taking aim at a few zeppelins of zeitgeist along the way.
