I'm an avid 30 year+ plus fan of electronic music but only in the last few months have started tinkering with my husband's DJ equipment. This set starts with an old track we have on vinyl from the epic Hooj Choons label. I am definitely still learning how/when to mix (refusing to use autosync and mixed in key) and each new recording I am learning all the things I still haven't even come close to mastering (but my husband data.source can do in sleep on 1200's) but my motto: don't care, still having fun.

This is my live recording from the Rhythm Sanctuary Ecstatic Dance on January 11, 2024. The feedback loop from music > to dancer > to DJ > to music > to dancer > to DJ was on a level I have not experienced. A unifying field emerged in the space where energies rose and fell and rose and fell and transmuted, transformed, healed and grew. And we emerged . . . expanded. Deep gratitude to this community.

OKAYFINE's musical style is rooted in Deep/Organic house, but his sets span the genres of tech house,tribal/Afro house, melodic techno, progressive, deep tech and even some deep playa- down-tempo vibes. So far in his musical journey he’s opened as direct support for some of the biggest names in the international touring circuit(not a big fan of name dropping). His mission is to create a container of LOVE and TRUTH through the medicinal frequencies he weaves into his sets.
