Oktane é um projeto criado por Túlio Xavier, frequentador de raves e festivais de música psicodélica desde 2006. Em 2007 começou sua jornada discotecando em festas de amigos e ao longo desses dez anos aprimorou várias técnicas, sendo propiciado a dividir o palco com grandes artistas. 
Em 2017 o projeto Oktane foi criado para trazer as pistas uma mistura ideal entre Full On e Progressive Psytrance, buscando sempre uma interação com o público, com músicas envolventes e de grande qualidade. 
Atualmente dedica-se a estudos sobre produção de Psytrance para que em um futuro próximo possa realizar o sonho de ter suas próprias músicas autorais.
