I just got the Waves new sampled piano vst plugin "Grand Rhapsody", sampled from the famous Fazioli.  Very dynamic, delegate and special.  
It inspired me to do the attached demo.

I have included to this demo my small piano piece played with 6 different presets.   I have tried to use different playing velocities, both legato and staccato, pedal and suspension.  Although the piece is the same, different presets bring out different characteristics of the song.
