Demo Policy

We are currently looking for demos, please read the information about our philosophy and  listen to our music before to send the tracks. Sending at least 3 tracks (in mp3 320 kbit quality) gives us a better idea of your musical direction. Don’t forget to include your contact information. Only final versions, no edits whatsoever! Do not send the files directly to our e-mail address! Upload the files somewhere (i.e. rapidshare/sendspace) and forward us the links, or use our Dropbox.

Please include a short (or large) biography, or a press kit if you have one. We would like to know more about you and your project.

Be patient, if your music fits our music direction we will get in touch with you. Due to the amount of demo requests we receive, we can’t guarantee to give feedback on every single submission. Please don’t be offended if you don’t receive an answer.

Tiari (A.K.A Trevor Caruso) tells a vicious story with his moody selections and dance tracks that give you no choice but to move your body to the rhythm. Born in metro Detroit he was heavily influenced by electronic music his entire life. At the age of 6 he learned breakdancing from the combined influence of his mother and older brother who was a big fan of hip-hop music. He has always been a fan of underground and punk culture which has led him to develop a deep dark minimal sound that has played out across the backdrop of a city that tells a similar story.

A part of the local electronic music/dance scene since 1996, he began to mix 2 years later. With minimal tunes and deep tracks that will give the squarest of lads no choice but to lace up their dancing kicks and get down. 

His productions are the result of over a decade of experimentation; utilizing what little equipment he could afford. Schooled on a couple drum machines and a sampler, Trevor Caruso developed his style with whatever toys, keyboards, or various other gadgets he could strap to his early 80’s Schwinn Tornado (Custom tiger-striped seating) and haul home from his local neighborhood garage sale. The feeling has produced that raw vibe of minimal madness that is sure to move the masses.

He has received wide support from various artists across the board such as Richie Hawtin, Sedative, Deepchild, Maetrik, Pheek, Miss Sunshine, Viktoria Rebeka, Octave, Monoloc, Mike Wall, Morgan Tomas, Audioinjection, BCR, etc...

DJ Producer YORX (Anderson Cano at Last Border Records and artist at cavern label , shinocsmusic, plunk , lethaldoze , and many others) envelops an approach to music which provocatively interrogates the scientific deductive process but remains interested in science and spirituality at once. The perspective of YORX is to do tasteful surgery on the uknown psyche and on the unknown universe beyond deductive reasoning but through interaction on the inside and the outside, beyond linear measures and beakers. Direct sensory experience is in the mind as well. We create melody, poetry, and dare penetrate this world through the mind. He experiments with sounds that enliven the listener and stimulate geometrically endless arenas of consciousness. There is a beautiful abandon to his music because he says the main interest of his work currently focuses on questions about all of the information we cannot yet explain through science, how our worlds function, develop and potentially change. This is in the mind, our societies, our families, our relationships, our earth, our galaxy, our universe and the languages which evolve and process as a verb constantly- the changing consciousness which continues in all directions without stopping. This artist from Medellin, Columbia experiments with a vigorous range of sound. It is intriguing to find that his involvement with the notion of minimal aesthetic is connected to the flute. Receiving the gift of the flute on his 11th birthday, and his love of music has been shelter from the storm. He found minimal at the age of fifteen and learned to manage software production in 2009. 

YORX has the ability to utilize more subtle and relaxed beginnings, chill throbbing beats, funk-knocks and waves of steady ladder equilibrium different from his present place this April as well. He may employ the sounds of clocks and water supported by a calming backbone which spires and builds a lofty tower of maximal, highly focused free energy, being intensively breezy. Or, act by contrast apocalyptic, with an unheated and collected invading army of beats and disguised swallowing force through voice effects.

Thema Recordings, Thema Digital Series & Chronicle Records run by Lenny Posso, started in Brooklyn, NYC in 2006 but since 2014 are all now based out of Berlin, Germany.  Each label specializes in deep explorations within Techno, House, Deep House, and Experimental dance music from various forward-thinking artists from around the world.

Weider Terlouw is an artist that lives in the north part of the Netherlands, and was born in 1987. His passion for music started at a young age when he discovered the electronic music in the mid 90′s. Heavily in love with this electronic music, he decided to dive in headfirst, and get a set of turntables for mixing house music for himself. When he grew older, his passion for music was growing too with him, and a few years later he started to think about music production. From thoughts came the undertaking of what he would be destined for, and started to produce his own music. Since that time he has been busy with his creative mind for making music and developing new sounds. The record label Phonocult discovered him in 2005, and signed him for his first EP on 12′′ with an Bruno Pronsato remix included. After an perriod of time, he released on labels like, Delete Music, Stock 5, Catenaccio, and others. Terlouw his music can by discribed as an blend of minimal and house, with dubby and jazzy influence, covered by mind-altering abstract layers of sound. When u listen to him, you always find new patterns in his grooves that amazes you. Weider Terlouw stands for a host of original and thought provoking tracks, and his style of music differs from time to time.
