Shout At The Disco

My music career began at the age of 6 when I received a guitar from my parents. I learned two chords and formed my first band. Our equipment was a puppet piano, two washing drums and a guitar. Between the ages of 12 and 15 I played in several bands with friends. Big role models were Jimi Hendrix, Doors, Janis Joplin, Alwin Lee etc. I was mainly influenced by Krautrock bans like Can, Groschnitt and Eloy. In the meantime I was able to improvise a few barre chords, mainly using the blues scale. But practicing was never my thing. So I automatically only progressed a step further when I liked a new riff. Music has always been an integral part of my work with children and people with disabilities. In 1990 I founded the band “Kroklowafzi” with friends, and later I played in the “Karl Grass Companie” purely for the joy of music, without any professional ambitions (audio samples are available on YouTube on my SoundCloud channel). During this time I had the opportunity to record my music in multiple tracks for the first time. Everything was still very amateurish and chaotic. After a divorce, I ended up on the streets and went into a psychotic episode. I now had 6 children to support but couldn't work. During this time, my brother gave me a music program that I could use to remaster my recordings from the last few years.

After successfully participating in a PXD Musicsoftware competition, I gained my first experiences with composing and arranging electronic music in the late 90s. But then I concentrated on playing the bass in various bands from different musical genres. At the same time, I started my electronic-metal-solo-project BLUTWURST BREATH (1999 - 2010), which was featured on numerous samplers (https://blutwurstbreath.bandcamp.com). In 2011 it was succeeded by the new, more focused electronic-grindcore-project TUNNELBOHRER (https://tunnelbohrer.bandcamp.com), which is still active today. In autumn 2021, my bands, in which I had been working as a bassist since 2006, unfortunately broke up. This was the occasion to revive my old passion for electronic music: KASTROPODUX was born. KASTROPODUX is devoted to the synthwave-sound of the 80s and the techno-style of the early 90s, sometimes combined with rock-guitars.

I love creative music.  Music helps us to have good times, so necessary in the day to day. I hope my music fulfills that end.
  

Been producing on Ableton for a few years now and try to produce new tracks whenever I get the time. House and dance music tends to be my favourite, but will pretty much listen to anything. Hope you enjoy my music 😊

Adrian Micheli, performing under the moniker GOOD SINCE 82, began his production career in late 2022. He quickly established his presence in the music scene with the release of his debut EP, Genesis. Since then, his discography has expanded rapidly, now including an additional four EPs and a number of singles.
​His track 'Deeper Than Deep' stands out as a popular success, having been officially playlisted and accumulating approximately 6,000 streams.
​Notably, GOOD SINCE 82's early work was primarily produced using GarageBand. Demonstrating a commitment to evolving his craft, he transitioned to using FL Studio as his predominant digital audio workstation this year. Adrian Micheli is recognized as a dedicated artist and producer, focused on continuous development and achieving the highest possible standard in his work.
