The Nebula Narwhal is no ordinary creature — it was born in the heart of a collapsing star, where the final breath of a supernova fused with the song of a whale. Its body is stitched from galaxies, its skin glowing with constellations, and its spiral tusk is a cosmic antenna that can tune into the deepest frequencies of the universe.

They say when the Narwhal swims through the void, it leaves behind trails of stardust that birth new solar systems. To cosmic travelers, its tusk is not a weapon, but a key — opening rifts between galaxies and pulling lost souls back onto the right path.

Ravers in deep space whisper that if you listen closely during the drop of a heavy jungle tune, you can hear the Narwhal’s celestial hum, vibrating through the sub-bass. It is both guardian and guide: a cosmic shaman who dances between nebulae, reminding the universe that joy, rhythm, and wonder are eternal.

Lets go back to 1993 when Jungle ruled the airwaves.. Ponytails, funky dreads & MA2 bomber jackets was the fashion and the 8Bit sound of Nintendo Game Boys could be heard emanating from every teenagers bedroom.

Now it's 2018, and it seems everyone is returning back to the Jungle! This classic anthem “R-Type” gets the remix treatment from the International Jungle Sound known as Chopstick Dubplate, and the lads didn't disappoint. Written & produced by Aries & King Yoof, Chopstick’s take on this timeless classic keeps it close to the original while giving the tune an update for 2018. Calling all intergalactic warriors! Marvellous 'The Hitman' Cain has not only made some of our favourite tunes of the original Jungle era but has also been a close friend of ours for years now, so when he asked us to get involved in remixing this classic tune with him, we jumped at the chance.
For those of you that don't know the original, it was a massive Jungle anthem from 1994, produced by Dem 2 Ruff and could be heard in any big DJ's set at the time making it a firm favourite with both DJ's and ravers alike, a definite 'ladies tune'!
This is our remix of it and as always we tried to keep the vibe of the original track while bringing the production values up to date, we hope you like it.
This has already been gaining some serious DJ support from Hype, Pleasure, Sub Zero, Micky Finn, Darren Jay, Majistrate and Nicky Blackmarket, to name but a few and will hopefully see a release in the next month or so.
