Pine & Snow ist eine leise, poetische Ballade über einen alten Mann und die Frau, die er nie vergessen hat. Mittlerweile ganz allein in seiner Stadt blickt er zurück auf den Winter, den sie einst teilten – mit dem Duft von Kiefern, tanzendem Schnee und einer Liebe, die er hinter sich ließ. Damals bog er an einer Kreuzung falsch ab, auf der Suche nach etwas Lauterem, Hellerem – und verlor dabei das, was echt war. Heute lebt sie weiter in seiner Erinnerung, in seinem Schweigen. Pine & Snow erzählt von einem Leben, das durch eine leise Entscheidung geprägt wurde – und von einer verpassten Chance, die nie ganz vergeht.

Pine & Snow

A heartfelt tribute to Polish legend Stanisław Sojka, who left us in August 2025. This English reimagination of Tolerancja preserves the reflective spirit of his 2016 performances, arranged with piano, acoustic guitar, warm electric bass, brushed drums, light ride cymbal touches, subtle tambourine shimmer, and violin swells. The result is a folk-rock ballad with jazz-inflected harmonies and a tender, soulful atmosphere — honoring a timeless voice of empathy and humanity.

For those who speak Polish and know the original, I ask for grace in the poetic liberties I’ve taken with the English lyrics. Every effort has been made to remain faithful to Sojka’s message, even as the words have been reshaped to sing naturally in another tongue.

“What We Need” is a soul message wrapped in acoustic warmth. I wrote this because I’m tired of the obsession with status, power, and profit. The planet doesn’t need more CEOs, it needs more compassion. This is a love song for the peacemakers, the quiet helpers, the ones holding space and healing hearts. It’s about redefining success as connection, empathy, and restoration. This song speaks my truth and reminds me who I want to be.

Ghost Rider of the Northern Tide

The chorus melody was suddenly in my mind at night in late 1996. In the early 2010s I created a piece I called „Angel‘s Song“. It is about holiness, a deep and transcendent spirituality, being held in and at the same time being created by God and fulfilling your essence if you are inside this peace. Most of it can't be explained. I mixed three different versions, this is the "stripped-down" acoustic version, which is also the shortest.
