ASHTORETH is a project in search of a shamanistic perspective, channeling at times minimal, meditativ drones; and at other a catharsis of doom, noise and experimentation touching upon drone, ambient folk, post rock, psychedelica and more. Always in free form.

Jessi Robertson is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter known for her powerhouse vocals and emotionally raw, genre-bending songs. Blending confessional intensity with otherworldly imagination, her work draws comparisons to Kate Bush, Stevie Nicks, and PJ Harvey. Originally from upstate New York, she’s released multiple albums and performs regularly in Nashville and New York City.

Her latest release, Dark Matter, is a solo excavation of discarded songs written between 2017 and 2023, created in the wake of her Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis. Raw, vulnerable, and unapologetically space-obsessed, the album invites listeners to unmask, feel deeply, and find beauty in the parts of ourselves we’ve been taught to hide.
