Parisian producer, Pépé Elle, kicks off the EP with a deep melancholic 2-step track, featuring dreamy chords. GLOCKTA, then, brings us to his “North East Abode” with chopped up sugary R&B vocals and dancy drums before flipping to the other side, where DJ Sunroof transports us to the dancefloor with a solid banger built around heavy basslines. “Who Goes There” by Earthnut sets a perfect conclusion to the EP, mixing rich shuffling drums and old-school R&B samples.

These eateries really represented the hybridity of Hong Kong - East Meeting West with their food. However what we love is the atmosphere and their importance of Local Support and Love. 𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 📖 🖼 So this time have linked up with Hong Kong and NYC based artist @kowloonemperor to tell these stories, via the menu artwork, of these highly culturally significant institutions.
