this is probably my 200th time listening to this song on repeat within the last 3 days. It does, not, get, old... to me... You've got talent Oliver. Warm this world up with your heart-enchanting magic. <3

The story behind the song:

At first it all feels like we are going backwards, hence the piano in reverse. The guitar riff gives a sense of repetitiveness, while the high piano notes are calling for an answer. Longing for something. The lower piano notes come in to tell them that they are not alone, they've been there before, to reassure them and to give a sense of calmness, we enter the first break. 

We see a way out, we build up to it. It gets rough along the way, the rhythm of the drums, the violin, the strings will break us free from the vicious circle that formed. The guitar comes in and the chords change to give a sense of letting go and moving forward, the future seems victorious. 

We reach a moment of peace, enter break two. Life might go faster now, but there's beauty in that, the piano comes in to tell you so. You're free, enter the last chorus. 

As we arrive to the outro you sense a feeling of remembrance, it brings you back to the time you first heard this piano melody from the beginning of this journey.
Those high notes, that were seeking for steadiness, finally came to an equilibrium.  It shows that even though it was rough, in the end something beautiful came out of it.

~ Chapter II ~
"After realising what happened to Rivari, the Frozen Forest, Arya started wandering to find some clues about The Elder. The only thing she knew, was that she had to leave her home, her forest. But, leaving Rivari without someone to take care of it, was not what she desired. 
The cold, howling wind was now unbearable: she had to do something.

The memories brought her a possible solution: one of the ancient tales told by Arya's mother, explained the legend of the Winter Souls tribe, created after the fall of the White Elves ancient guardians. This tribe was something different, made up of pure souls instead of living beings: through a ritual, the elves could turn the guardians' spirits into wolves in order to keep Rivari safe from any danger.

Deep in her heart, Arya knew legends are not always just fancy stories.

After reaching the Altar, that now was almost completely destroyed, the howling wind started to take the shape of one,two..three giant wolves.
Arya felt the desperation from within the wolves' glacial eyes. They missed their fellow comrades, the souls of the fallen guardians. Even so, the magical event brought a hint of fear that made Arya run away.. 
It was the first time she saw a real spirit, but she also knew the forest was safe now. 

Its border was getting closer to her eyes."
