This song is inspired by the poetry of Correen Morrill, turning 85 this year. Through poetry, Correen has been grappling with a diagnosis of Stage 1 Alzheimer's Disease. This song paraphrases her personal experience with the diagnosis. Please consider it a bit of playful hope to balance the strangeness and scariness of this condition that so many of us are in, are caring for, and may be facing. This song may not be appropriate for those living with Stage 2 or Stage 3.
