Ultimae proudly presents "Gneiss", a first solo EP on the label for Danish composer Tore Kofod Hyldahl aka Erot after his participation on Martin Nonstatic's "Granite Remixes" and releases on labels such as Iboga Records, Altar and Fallen Metropolis.

The emotive and abstract musical tale invites the listener to escape perception, understanding and apprehend the vast of music, of nature, time and space. Grounded yet floating freely, the chiselled rhythms and the evanescent pads create the cradle of contrasts in which one can let himself be lulled and carried away on a deep and delicate journey. Erot welcomes aboard space ambient and downtempo initiates Henrik Rolsted Laugesen and Vincent Villuis, respectively known as Lauge and AES Dana to fuel the experience with extra cinematic atmospheres and beats.

Bag Of Mysteries album intertwines different shades of ambient, from traditional cosmic downtempo to cutting-edge experimental drones. Complex multilayered sound landscapes, synthesizer arpeggios carrying the listener's mind into distant worlds, mysterious fantasy sounds combined with noises of nature, dub, and funk bass lines, all these bind together into the outcome of a skillful sound design studio work. AIRFORM is the project of Anton Stepanov from Tolyatti. The rise of the Russian underground scene in the late nineties inspired him to record various compilations. By 2004, Anton began producing his own techno compositions.  As he explored trance sub-styles, he experimented with blending techno and trance, leading to a new creative direction. In 2007, his freely downloadable works received positive feedback, and his sound evolved into a psy format with atmospheric and melodic elements, incorporating a tint of ambient music. This is an exclusive mix with new and old tracks of Airform.

Mindspring Music Presents: Tea Tree - Chasm [MSM084]

Dedicated to cultivating delicious beats, Tea Tree has been releasing music since 2010, formerly under the name Kwah. This project is intended to explore the lower end of the tempo spectrum. It’s a mixture of dub and tech styles, pulled together with strong melodic elements. Chasm, the title of this new adventure, was consciously created so the music would act as a path to psychological healing - through the act of creating and consuming music we can exorcise our darkest thoughts and arrive at a place of harmony. Rory, has indeed felt healing effects upon finishing this body of work. A feeling of levity was very palpable and the release was cathartic. The flow of this album tells the story of his triumph over those ups and downs, with the keys, and mood, recalling those experiences. Through this candid album, we can traverse this aural landscape through light and shadow. He shares this work in hopes that others can shed the weight that may be holding them down, as well. Navigating this world can be trying, but we must remember that there are those that walk beside us who are more than willing to lend support - which comes in many forms. No matter how deep the chasm seems, we are not alone.

Olivier Orand is an electronic / IDM producer whose debut album, Human, made quite an impact when it was originally released in 2008 under the monicker Hol Baumann. From 2017 the French soundscaper decided to produce music under his own name, and in 2019 Sidereal took care of Human re-release on CD and 2LP.

Mostly influenced by the early electronic UK scene, Olivier Orand’s music, mixing strength and sensitiveness are focused on feelings and pictorial connections. After his debut album, Orand pushed his expression through his latest sound explorations, based on “unstructured” vocals and sharper sound designs. All this flowed into the producer’s long-awaited sophomore album, H+.
