MAXIMILIANO – BIOGRAPHY  
Fusing Chilean warmth, German structure and a true Ibiza soul, Maximiliano is a DJ and designer of experiences with a difference. As a child, Maximiliano absorbed many different styles of music at home, thanks to his father’s sincere belief that music should be an essential part of life. From the jazz and classical sounds of his youth to the emotional deep, organic DJ sets he spins in the present, Maximiliano displays a deep affinity with all music. Upon moving to the Mediterranean island of Ibiza in 2005, he kicked off his musical career in hotels, villas, boat parties, clubs and on radio shows, and has since firmly established himself as an in-demand selector and creator of multi-sensory experiences. Hydrated Ibiza is part of the next chapter in his career trajectory.

HYDRATED RADIO SHOW  Born in Ibiza and streamed across the globe, the Hydrated Ibiza Radio show is hosted by Maximiliano and guests every Thursday from 14h to 15h (CET) on 97.2FM in Ibiza and Formentera and www.pureibizaradio.com around the world. The weekly broadcast gives Maximiliano a platform from which to share his passion for health, hydration, design and music alongside a selection of hand-picked guests and partners whose values are in alignment with the brand. Pure Ibiza Radio was born out of the inevitable urge to follow the path taken so far after more than 25 years of history in the electronic scene with David Moreno’s legendary Ibiza Dance Radio programme, with the feeling of love for music and the spiritual islands of Ibiza and Formentera.

Now a new episode emerges full of illusion and commitment to the listener and the island. To be able to communicate in a direct and sincere way all that we hear and feel in order to make a link between the island and the world, to connect and transmit the truth of Ibiza’s music.

The radio is a medium that invites you to imagine as we want to place the listener in a better world filled with good feelings and moments to share, beyond the interests that often prevail in the Dj’s Clubber movement. We believe that there are thousands of people who think and feel as we do.

For this project we are going to be fuelled by great figures of the scene, but let’s not fool ourselves, the new generations of Dj’s and producers are the foundation of the present and the immediate future. This is what we have always been reflecting in Ibiza Dance, watching it grow and evolve, adapting to the times without losing its essence.

We are ready for a journey full of amazing music that sometimes is only in our imagination and we create as we see the landscape unfold…

Born in Ibiza in 1972. A deeply resonant paradise. A bridge for music. His first contact with radio was at 13 when he dismantled his grandmother’s old radio set in order to fit a double deck inside to play his music on. 

His curiosity for the radio leads him to form part of almost all Ibiza radio stations in the last 25 years.
Ibiza Global Radio was born in 2004 and with it came the chance to listen to high quality electronic music 24 hours a day.

Jose Maria Ramon is Dj & Music Director of the station and is the head of 3 famous radio shows `Morning Sounds´ with 3 National awards as best electronic Radio Show in Spain, Vicious Music Awards 2011, DjMag Awards 2011 and Electronica & Roll Awards 2012, ‘Melodías para tu sofá’ his downtempo show and `LG2dClub´specialised in the new way of deep house.

In 25 years working with the Music he has played in numerous places around the island, highlights being in Ushuaia, Space Ibiza (Resident Dj for 5 years), Pacha Ibiza, Café Del Mar etc...and the opening and closing of the biggest clubs in Ibiza, as well as in the most important European Clubs and cities such as Dubai, Algiers, Berlin, Hannover, Munich, Zurich, Bucharest, Budapest, Paris, Rome, Milan or Copenhagen to name some, and with a really big succes in Germany and in Romania with more than 40 parties in 2 years.

Now he is focus in music production with his partners William Medagli and Thallulah and just signed with Cream Couture, Stranjjur, Celestial Recordings, Blue Dye Records...

In the rush of the wild 90s Mac-Kee organized his first own parties in the East of Germany and started to DJ himself at the same time. As a DJ and resident of various clubs around Leipzig, which have long since closed, he is one of the pioneers of East German techno culture.
Until today he keeps his love for the scene and now plays his own tracks exclusively live. His output, which straddles garage, house and tech house, has been released on labels like Esuoh, Moon Harbour, 3000Grad, Beste Freunde and Deep With You, to name but a select few.
With Soul Pattern he also successfully runs and develops his own label as a project of the heart, whose carefully selected releases are supported by many essential artists of the scene.
At his live gigs Mac-Kee, with his various machines, always convinces with an intoxicating performance and uses the energy of the growd again as inspiration for new tracks. Fascinating is the play with different genres in his live performances.
