My first real hit in France. It was in the French Top 5 for weeks on end and lead me to embark on my love affair with all things French. Recorded by Jim Steinman for 'The Mask of Zorro' soundtrack it was originally going to be a duet with Ricky Martin. Ricky became suddenly unavailable when he started having a succession of number 1's across the world so Marc Anthony and I recorded the song instead and it became the lead track for the film. It features a beautiful score by James Horner who also wrote and scored the soundtrack to Titanic.
