Well Guys, this new tune of mine is really a special one, because today I'd like to present you no simple mash up! In cooperation with GERMAICA DIGITAL I voiced female Balkan Dancehall group LAS BALKANIERAS for a a full size song.

"Don't Worry Eat Burek" is my first official release and I hope you gonna celebrate this big step with me!

LAS BALKANIERAS are not only beautiful women but also can write hits, sing, dance, cook, wash and clean. They are originating from Croatia, Bosnia and Poland but currently residing in Düsseldorf/Germany. Their biggest concern is food. Food for themselves to perform good, food for their audience to feel good and food for each and everybody to live good. Plus they're on a mission to convince the world of Balkan specialities and so this one is dedicated to all Burek fans all over the world!

Burek (Turk.: Börek) is a pastry made of a thin flaky dough - the yufka - filled with cheese, minced meat, or vegetables and one of the essentials of the Balkan cuisine. Once there is Burek in the house you don't have to worry about anything... "Don't Worry Eat Burek" is the follow up single to "Fatima (Miss Fatty Balkan Cover" the most successful LAS BALKANIERAS single to date.

International Velvet is the solo side project of Rob Myers, guitar and sitar player for Fort Knox Five, Thunderball, See-I and Thievery Corporation. International Velvet’s track Sitargazer, the psychedelic breakbeat anthem, was well received and played worldwide. Germany’s own downtempo legends Mo’ Horizons have reworked the track into a balkan drum’n’bass monster. Taking the original sitar lines and adding funky polka on top of a stepping drum’n’bass beat takes Sitargazer into unexpected territory. Mo'Horizons also provide an Alternative Freestyle for those looking for a slightly more laidback stepper.

The roots reggae band See-I features six members of Thievery Corporation and is hometown Washington, DC sensation with their weekly Wednesday night party at the Eighteenth Street Lounge. Their reggae-rock tune Homegrown has become the anthem of Wednesday nights and is well known by the See-I faithful. Two Canadian producers each turn in their own unique remixes of this great track. Stickybuds from Kelowna, BC has been busy releasing tunes on Goodgroove Records went a different route with his electro-funk remix that chops up the vocals and funks up the tune big time. Toronto’s own Dubmatix kept Rob Myers’ rocking guitar lines and Rootz and Zee’s vocals, but turned the song into a drum’n’bass creeper.

Omegaman and Edy Blu were introduced online by mutual friend and contact Jon Horvath of Fort Knox Five.   Edy Blu is a Washington, DC based vocalist who never met Omegaman in person until the Spring of 2018.  She found herself on walkabout in Australia and met Omegaman at his Studio 57 outside of Sydney.  The two started talking and naturally the conversation turned to their mutual friend JonH and they really felt the vibe in the room and started working on a new original tune together, inspired by the Love & Light of their departed dear friend.   This song is dedicated to the memory and inspiration of Jon and Pamela Horvath.
