Word is an American Rapper/Songwriter, whose mission is to bring knowledge and power back to the people.

Born and raised in Vallejo, California, Edward Dizon, known by his stage name Word, has been an avid poet, philosopher, and revolutionary since childhood. Heavily influenced by Hip-Hop, Soul, Funk, and Jazz, his favorite artists are Tupac and Nas. Blending conscious and introspective rap lyrics with gritty street visuals, Word brings a style, sound, and perspective that is a breath of fresh air to the music industry.

Word is currently set to release his next EP, ‘Do You’, on May 16, 2025.
